The Art is fine. The audio is minimalistic. The gameplay is also okay but in my opinion doesnt fit the second part of the theme "and see what happens". Its sort of just "Break is box".
46.451 for my first game. Then I managed 36.83 and finally my best game is 29.767 (I think I can still optimize this :D).
I really like it! It's definitely a speedruner's game! Bravo !
No way you did it in 29 s, would love to see a video on how! Nice game, lack of audio but the gameplay is fun
I took a video. I'll send it to you tomorrow
For jumping against walls, if you don't press the directional key towards the wall when jumping, you can make smaller, more controlled jumps. Anyway, here's the video :
I'm absolutely thrilled that someone made a video on a game that I made. Thank you so much :))
Oh, and you are using some techniques there that I didn't even anticipate, great job!
I'm glad you like this video :)
I'm not a speedrunner in general, but I find myself trying to speedrun a lot of the Trijam games (and I don't know why, I had the intuition that you didn't know this technique and that I had to record this video).
I think it's important for me to play the games that are offered at Gamejam to the fullest. People invest themselves to create them, I find it normal to invest myself when I try their games.
The aesthetic is really nice!
