dang that recoil goes crazyyyyyy! i love the concept of just using your gun and using the recoil to move around. super neat. only thing is why does the music restart every time i land?
sry, I'm very bad at sound stuff xD
Compulsively replayable. The mechanics are straightforward, and the audio and physics movement are fun.
I’m curious, you don’t appear to mention anywhere - is the audio your own work, or from some other source? (Also, I second the comment that the music resets every time the gun finishes the firing sound - the music also does not loop)
Thank you for your feedback! I'll credit the assets.
Fun mechanic and great punchy shotgun sound effect! However, it was a bit easy, beat it first try. Overall great job! :))
(bug report: It might be my browser but I had a bug resetting the music everytime I shot)
Fun idea with the shotgun being the means of movement.
I've played a game like this in another jam, or maybe it was just an indie game I can't recall. Overall fun, though I wish there was more space on the left/right edges of the screen to be able to line up shots. When the character is on the edge of the screen its a bit difficult to line up a shot.
Right, the idea is definitely not original xD
But I found it fitting for the jam theme.
Thank you for the feedback! <3
That was a fun game! I liked the idea - if you had more time I definitely would have played more if the level was longer and got more challenging
