Thank you for trying it out!
Pretty cool game! I really enjoyed getting carpal tunnel syndrome!! Jokes aside, the game was very engaging and I liked the different enemy types. It felt rather difficult at some later points, but thats just what difficulty is. Overall, the sound effects were very satisfying, it was very fun, and I enjoyed it. I feel it could have done a bit better in the visual department (like post-processing, not the art style, I really liked the art style) and interpreting the theme, but other than that felt very responsive and overall great!
Thank you for trying it out! I will keep your feedback in mind! I definitely wanted to add some post processing but for some reason it didn't trigger properly like how I used to do it so I opted to just use a bit of lighting to save time xD. Definitely will add it in the future!
Fun game, beat it after a few tries! It felt like a fusion of clicker and tower defense games, which made for some fresh and engaging gameplay, the graphics are cute, and the sound effects and music fit really well. Great all around! One thing I noticed is that it was essential to choose the damage upgrade almost every time. Increasing the king's max health by 20 seemed particularly inefficient when you could instead heal him by 50 when needed. If that option healed by 50% instead, and/or there was a small amount of free healing after each round, that would help to balance out the options. Overall it was fun and original, and an expanded release with more upgrades and monsters sounds awesome!
Thank you for trying it out! Originally, I wanted to have randomized effects that can be chosen instead of just the default, damage and hps for example, I was planning to add "add ice effects", "add fire effects", or "add lightning effects" but I realized I didn't have time. I will definitely work on the game more and add those things though! I will definitely keep your feedback in mind as well!
Furious clicking needed! Enjoyed playing, thank you very much for participating!

Super cute game! I loved the art style, the game felt handmade and had a lot of personality. I'm impressed to hear that you made the game by yourself!! Great job! It felt like I was a knight going on an adventure with the king. My only critique is that the monsters are a little hard to hit with the cursor, especially when they're moving. Speaking of, I loved the little sword cursor, it reminded me of computer games from the 2000's c: Overall, great work!!
Thank you for giving it a try! I'll definitely keep your feedback in mind! I'm thinking of making the enemies stop or stunned a bit when its getting clicked so its easier to hit in the future!
Yeah that would definitely help!! And maybe give some more visual feedback too when you hit the monsters, like a VFX or have them flash a different color like red instead of black.
Yes!! As of now, it actually flashes red, it just that the colour red kind of blends with the default color so it turns black xD. But I can definitely find a fix for that in the future!
Cool game! love the music
Thank you for trying it out :D
Pretty nice concept and implementing!
I'm not a fan of hard-clicking, maybe some stable DPS and/or cooldown between attacks would be better. Though current system may be more valuable on mobile
Thank you!! I'll definitely keep your feedback in mind and yes at the moment, its compatible with mobile so you can even play it on mobile, though hitbox might be too small for mobile but I'm planning to improve it further later on to maybe a full fledged release!
thanks😁
You're welcome? xD
Wow my hand hurts from all that clicking (and I mean that as a compliment, it kept me engaged!) Beat it on the second try so I think the difficulty's just about spot-on! though the enemies are so spongey at the start that picking sword-upgrade every time feels like it should be like the default option, like maybe a bigger button than the others. The animations have a great hand-drawn feel, making each kill very satisfying, and the shading is really impressive, too!
Thank you so much! Initially I wanted to add more options to upgrade and make it more like a proper roguelike but I didn't have time so I opted for just 3 of those options! I'm planning to improve this game further so more upgrades and enemies to come in the future! I will definitely keep your feedback in mind as well!
