I like the Idea a lot!

Few tips to help you out:

* To stop the vibrations when collision with object change the rigiditbody collision detection to "Continues".

* To fix the bug that the player stay stuck on the side of the platforms then jumping and hitting them to the collision material add a physics material with friction at 0.

* You might want to add a counter for how much more kids I have left to pick up.

Good luck!☺

I liked the flip mechanic, creative to change around the worlds and it fits the theme well. It would be a plus to add where the children are by adding some hints

Good job!

Consider checking our game too!

Thank you. I thought about a arrow-System that points you in the right direction but doesnt tell you on which side the children are. I think the game itself is about exploration, so it shouldnt be to easy to find the “collectables”

Very sweet and fun game, until you get past level 3 or so and the music gets intense with bloody spikes and the children are in danger which makes it a bit of a scary experience but still very fun. Good job on keeping the player interested and on the unique art style!

We had this idea to think about collectables in a new way. YOu dont know if collectibles really like getting picked up and taken with you all around the world. So make your own ideas about what Jamie does when you help him collect all “collectables” ^^

I was really expecting something scary to happen the tension was too high :D.I liked the concept of flipping notebook to go to the other side :).Maybe showing how many childs left can make the game better.Overall somewhat scary game would recommend  :D

Thank you very much! Yes a counter is a good idea. I’ll think about adding one later after the jam ^^

Really cool game! Even been your first time using Unity it was a really fun game to play. Using the the world flip concept was amazing and really fun to play with!

- I feel the game should have an UI that at least tells the player how many Childs needed to clear level.

- The world flip collisions was held perfectly!, I honestly expected bugs in which I get stuck in a collision, but that did not happened. Very well done

- There were only 2 physics things that I did not like personally:  Not falling when player against wall (Unity material) and the bouncy object! Sometimes I was spamming the jump button and it wouldn't gave me the jump boost.

Overall, Great game and fun to play. Congrats on your first Unity entry!

The gameplay was quite fun and the concept was very intriguing. As the music got darker and darker I questioned what I was doing with these children? It was very intriguing, wondering whether I was helping them or whether I was doing something horrible to them xDD.

Though I did like the music intensifying as you completed each puzzle, I feel like the game could have used sound effects. Since its a paper world maybe you could make sound effects out of paper and then edit them?
I was also about to suggest an indicator of where the children are if you are stuck for a long time (maybe more than 3-4 minutes?) but GoldenDonkeyProductions already suggested that. XDD

Other than that it was really fun! Good job!

I like the concept, cool idea with the there and back. The graphics and style is extremely nice, unfortunately the volume slider didn't work, which is unfortunate because I like to watch youtube while playing games XD...  The only thing I would ask is maybe an indicator of where the children are using arrows pointing to them? And also maybe the two flipped worlds could overlap while F is pressed and only change when it is released, the amount of times I died not being able to see the map can not be understated lol. Either way awesome game, if you want, my game can be checked out in a few minutes, it's not really polished but might be 10 mins of fun :D

What an interesting and clever concept!  I enjoyed the page flip mechanic, really clever use to make the levels more interesting.
