Good job! Only issue I had was figuring out what to do. Some more instructions might make it a lot better.

Nice idea, I guess, but without any explaination you are left guessing what exactly to do. I also noticed that the spawning pattern of coal is very weird - in the first 30 seconds there was basically no coal anywhere to be found (like 2 pieces) in the last 15 seconds there was coal all over the place
I didn't actually add any coal pattern I just used a basic random spawn script so you have to wander quickly
The game should explain how to play it. Couldn't figure it out. At least your description should say the controls. I only moved in the map and grabbed the coal, and that's it. Didn't know what to do.
It seems like you pick the raw coal around, cook them by touching the thing on the right, then pick the coal by clicking it and then you can set the fire in the middle of each group of people when you have 5 coals. But maybe I am missing something more, because each fire only gives you 5 more seconds, but collecting the raw coal already takes way longer than that, so I always run out of time.
