Nice idea to switch between big and small. Can't wait to see your continuation in the next jam!
Nice! You've played till the end!
Yes. I don't want to spoil anything but I thought the puzzles were cool. An improvement the game needs is either reduced number of coins and bags to make the hidden ones feel special, or some way to collect them easier. I ended up ignoring them when I saw there were so many.
Cool world you’ve put together! I can tell a lot of time and energy went into the level design <3 Great job!
If you find some time this weekend, please check out our game “Starship Minis” and leave a comment to let us know what you think! https://itch.io/jam/vr-jam-2021/rate/1145490
Thanks and congrats on completing the jam!!
Love the sound and look of this game but sadly I'm getting the same as Kokutouchichi below; only a grey screen on my headset (Rift S) when run through steam VR, and getting the WASD and mouse controls for on my screen.
If you have any hot fixes I'd really love to give the game a go!
I'm on a Quest 2, I couldn't get it to load on my headset, it got stuck on a grey screen with the little hourglass symbol loading. However, looking at my PC monitor the game was running and I could control it with the WASD and mouse!? So i was able to move around the scene and transition to the castle outside, but of course I was playing on my monitor and not the headset.
It's made with SteamVR, should be compatible. What you did sounds like VR-Debug-Mode. I don't have a Quest so I can't test your error :/
Me too
Really strong project! Great use of the theme, and a pretty decent length with collectibles. I would probably have liked an easier/quicker way to switch between the two modes.
Any ideas on how to do the transition more smooth?
