Fun game! except the controls didn't feel nice to play with :/
Thank you! Yes, the more I playtest it the more I realize you need slow/precise calculated movements when doing combat. It could be polished a bit.

That was a hard game lol
I could barely control the player ahahah
But was interesting, after a few tries I started to get the hang of it,
I would make the start of the game easy, let the play think he's good, that help him keep motivated to finish

Yes! I think you nailed the criticism here and I fully agree. I was trying to do precisely that but, I made the beginning too difficult too lol. I guess the main thing the game needs is a smoother difficulty curve.

There seems to be a lot of potential in this movement system if you are good! Very nice game.
Also heads up: the game movement had a bug when i run it in firefox that made it really hard to control the rotation, but it works correctly for me in edge
Ok, good to know, thanks! Glad you enjoyed it overall. What was the bug? Perhaps I can look into it. At one point for us, the dashing was bugged that you can move through walls and get stuck on rare occasions, but we hadn't seen issues with the rotation.
Good game but controls were bad I just couldn't hit anyone so I just run through entire map
Thanks for the feedback! The more I play and test the game, the more I see that the controls require calculated precise movements and the skilled usage of all the tools available to the player (dodging, dashing, turning around). It's not easy, but seems to be rewarding once learned.
I think the idea is quite original, love the trail and explosion effects, quite entertaining and definitely worth playing, great game :D!

Thank you! Hmm, the controls feel buggy, or just difficult/frustrating? I know they feel difficult/frustrating but I'm not sure what would cause them to feel unresponsive. We payed attention to make especially the dash feel as good as possible.

It was fun, but i often thought that the player it's a little too fast... And i had an hard time recognize what it was glithed and what it wasn't, so i was ofted avoiding coins for fear of getting a glitched one...
Apart from that, really fun game... Expecially loved the dash sound... =)
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!! The things that were glitched had sparks but sometimes I guess it could be confusing due to coins being behind glitches walls. Good to know!
Yes i noticed that glitched object sparks, but the particles (at least, for me) are really small and you have to really focus to see them. You can comprend that focusing on small while dashing away it's not an easy task...
fun game with interesting mechanics. good submission!
I wish the front of the triangle was marked even clearer, took me a few seconds to figure it out. Also the soundeffect when you press dash got really annoying fast.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. The sound is for the sake of WOWIE!!! Haha! But yea I can imagine dashing too often can get annoying haha! Good to know the front of the triangle could’ve been marked better - perhaps we could’ve made it more isosceles and make the tip bigger.
It was fun to play, the only complain I have is the controls were a bit hard at first but after a while I got used to them, good job!
Thanks! Glad you were able to get used to them - I found that I could get used to them pretty quickly and it seems that the best way to play is to make quick, snappy movements and to be very careful.
Nice looking game, feels so smooth, I just couldnt kill balls and they kept coming and suddenly there was 10 of them following me and they didnt let me finish the game :)

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it!! The vision was definitely executed as intended, Steve and I are super proud of our work and to be honest, very surprised with it haha! It went much better than we expected. Although the game kind of surprised us as well, which was interesting to have happen.

I enjoyed the game! It was a bit hard to control the player, specially because the attack was a dash and it was pretty uncontrolable sometimes. Congratulations! If you have a time and check mine I will be glad :) good luck!

I really loved the music! It really fit the retro theme! This game was a bit hard to control, and the dash for me did not kill enemies but it was pretty fun! Hopefully later I can get to the end lol

Most people had difficulty with the controls, we did it that way to differentiate the game from other similar games and I think what ended up happening is the game has become a bit of a unique skill-based type thing that you really have to practice/get used to. Won't work for everyone but, I think it's pretty cool haha!
