It's amazing what you've done in such a short time with pico-8! the music although simple is really catchy, could be my favorite in this jam actually. My only suggestion is that it was quite unclear what the gameplay was doing, I had the love and morale going up and down by themselves and didn't know what's happening.

Failing Space: Second ChanceThanks, and sorry. Apparently a lot of people found it confusing. I'm gonna quote myself here:
"The love meter goes up when you collect salsa (cuz ur like doing this errand for nacho lady) but this decreases your morale (because it's a truly demeaning task. I mean - the salsa looks like poo) To regain morale you interact with cousin Junior, and you gain love faster than regaining morale."
I sorta rushed the development in the beginning and when I got a working prototype I just submitted. I will surely manage my time in future jams.. Thanks for playing!
oo nice, a pico 8 game! The graphics on this game are great, loved the animation of the emoji man crying, how it would be affected by the wind! The dialogue bit was also nice
I couldn't really make sense of the gameplay, it seemed like my love meter was going up and down at random. I think more feedback on what is lowering it and what is raising it would be good.
