Dead GiveawayI absolutely adore the graphics and audio. The overall aesthetic is great, and the music so perfectly complements the feel of the game. That said, I couldn't quite figure out the gameplay...

I spent way too long working on the aesthetic, and the design fell short, sorry about that :( I'm still learning how to balance the workload in game jams. There is a short video on the page now, to point you in the right direction, but I have plans to release a new version after this. I would love to hear more of your feedback when the update comes out
a big fan of the 2d in 3d world, cute little penguin sprites, I found it really hard after the killer whale started to get me though, neat game!

KeepOnGivingThe audio and the visuals are really great, but I was so confused about the gameplay that I had to look up the game page, and after I'd been eaten by the whale three times I gave up. A shame, I really want to like this game. Looking forward to see how you develop on it post-jam :)

Stream SantaThanks for trying it out, I may drop everything in my life to work on this game...I love it so much. The whales programming is bad and they are indeed too fast, but you can turn them off by opening the menu and clicking "Gamemode" until it says "Free". I find myself luring the whale away from the island until i can get to the cave without getting caught. The cave also triggers and falls on the whale if it tries to enter.
Game was fun for the first two minutes I played but afterwards I kept being teleported to the starting point and then the game crashed.

Badass SantaVery cool mechanic(the swimming). The idea 2D/3D enviroment is cool. But it feels emty, put some other living things, ocean is full of live, some plants.
