As I understood it's:

Mushroom+Slime = Stamina, side effect - boobies

Slime+Feather = Healing. side effect - tummy

Mushroom+Feather = Fierce, side effect - BEEG tummy

But still the best reputation I gained in a day is 0.

There's a key in the bedroom at the window. use that to unlock the book to see what side effects occur then mess up a potion to see said side effect. Recipes change when you start a new game

I think the most notable thing is you can't make potions while she's inflated but you CAN sell them, so it's a good idea to always have one of every ingredient combo stocked before you go and blow her up, just to have something to sell. Personally I don't think the reputation is bugged, but it's harsh until you figure out a good routine
