The mixing kind of gets really muddy once all the instruments kick in, it becomes hard to hear through how intense the lows and mid-lows are.

The instrument choice is nice, although I'm hearing a lot of people used Taiko drum. Certainly far from bad, it's a good track, I just think there could have been a lot more texture and melodic work here.

True, I tried a few things for that part in 1:00, EQ, Compression and more. But it ended too thin or too loud. Now that you mentioned, I though it was the middle frequencies, but it is actually the low ones. I will try a few changes.

Thanks for the feedback!

I think what would really help is if you rolled up your EQ.  Check around the 30-40hz range, make some minor tweaks there and it should be really solid with some panning, dial everything down and add a split doubler (Here's a free one - https://www.kvraudio.com/product/thesplit-by-thezhe ) and sort of dial it up real slow in the mix till it sounds wider and louder without clipping or needing to saturate.
