Not sure if its just me but the volume was a bit low.
Interesting start though. I can really see someone walking through a relative dry forest in sandals. and the Foley sounds seem to transition into music. So its like we are presented with the instruments via Foley before we hear how they combine to make music. and the Foley sounds bring us through different sections. Thank you for sharing this, i definitely felt like the traveler you mentioned in your description while listening to this.
I could see this in a cut scene in a historical video game or in a history documentary.

It was a challenge to transform such textured foley into a good sounding beat and tell a sound story clearly, I'm glad to know it was a job well done! :D
Regarding volume, no comment from my mates on that so far, did you feel this with the downloadable version or BandCamp/Soundlcoud one? They are slightly different..
I wanted to go for something more light, in the classical / orchestral style productionwise, but might have over done it will certainly check it :)
