It was made during the correct period and fulfills all the requirements. I've only submitted to more than one Jam because its theme fits many jams on Halloween month. I made the game as it is precisely because of the jams I was taking part, it fits the theme perfectly and has "blood" even in the title. It's called planning, strategy and time efficiency.
