Awesome animations and some nice background music. The artstyle was also great. A funny addition would be, if the robot's eyes look in the direction of the mouse in the main menu.

Now on to the bad. It is really annoying that you get reset to the beginning each time you die. Also, the jump pictured below is very hard to pull off, because the character can only jump if he is grounded (you should check if he is grounded or was grounded 0.2 seconds ago).

Then we get to this part. C'mon guys, how I can anyone get across?

For your first screenshot, you are supposed to pass above the spikes to reach that platform. But the second one, I agree. I tried several times to pass that section until I finally give up.

Ah okay, that explains why that jump was so difficult to pull off.

That low jump is pretty easy. You're just holding your jump button down like a nub.

Thank a lot for the feedback!

The eye mouse-looking animation wouldn’t be very easy to make since the character is completely done using traditional frame by frame animation. This tiny not-important feature would mean hours of extra work.

On to the respawn - yes, I agree this is not done the best way and it can be frustrating. We spent most on the art, character controller and animations and just didn’t have enough time to properly design and polish the overall game design.

To your screenshots:

 - you just have to go right and over the spikes in the first one.

- the second one - you have use a small jump by just pressing the jump button, not holding it. The character’s jump height is simply related to the button hold time.

Anyway, thanks a lot for the feedback . We really appreciate that.  And we’re definitely going to check and rate your game (and as many others we’ll be able to) during this week.
