Can't wait for sticker merch <3

Thanks for letting us know. The game itself is not very well optimised as I'm still learning the ropes for that, so it's likely that your CPU is working extremely hard to catch up with the framerates, which will not register all mouse clicks, especially if you click too quickly.

Thanks for trying out the game though. Once I have time after semester, I'll be looking at possible ways to improve performance to help with that and add a gamma slider.

Whoops. Yes. It's fully released now. I'll go change the state. Thanks for letting me know!

Thanks for playing mysterious person ;) I'll take that feedback on board!

Love this - it's exactly what I do at home and brings lots of good cosy memories... Great work. I might light some incense and play a record now...

Aaaaaabsolutely, however I haven't yet worked with cinematic cameras in Unity but that is definitely on the cards beyond the game jam in some fashion.

Definitely keep a random mode in. I really liked how it got you to think on your feet (or your bin).

Thank you! And thanks for playing!

I love it. Definitely my kind of cosy game 😁Fantastic job!

Thanks so much for playing! I, too, am excited at expanding on the experience so that it's fully complete. Stay tuned!

This is an amazing group effort. I love the art, the movement and the keys/controller configurations are easy to work with to really get into the game. I could really see this as a fully fleshed little game on Steam or on my phone. Love the little Quokka! You can do it, little guy! Not many areas for improvement - I think it's perfect. Good luck!

Great work on completing the assignment! The animations were definitely the highlight of this experience. Love it. It was a bit difficult to find out what you would interact with but once I figured it all out, it was nice to discover what you could interact with.

Great job!!!

My favourite part is the artwork and animation in this game. Very, very top notch and I adore the trash collecting lizard.  Perhaps an area of improvement would be to have the camera centred on NomNom while you try to sort out where to put the rubbish? But I love this idea and the gameplay. Would make a really good kids game to teach them about different types of rubbish.

I love the characterisation and the environment design. The controls took me a while to get used to as driving didn't feel natural to me BUT it had hilarious results of trying to do 100 point turns. I really love the crane mechanic too. This is brilliant. Loved it.

My favourite part is the surprise of getting different types of bins for different types of rubbish. Very satisfying to slam the bin against the edge of the screen to get that bit of rubbish that just might escape.

Great job!

Cheers! Yes, definitely - I found the process of putting things into the hole very gratifying. It will be something I'll expand upon in future updates. Thanks for playing!

Aw, thank you so much! Great insight!

Yep. Without any narrative, it appears to just stop. The message is that people throw things away when they're no longer useful. So, when the trash stops falling, YOU are no longer useful and thus, you become trash.

Awesome!! Very much looking forward to the release! Finallyyyy!

No problems! Great work and thanks for sharing your SFX on OGA for use on projects like this!

This game was created in protest to my local government for not considering cycling as a legitimate mode of travel and providing adequate infrastructure.

Might need to tweak the spawn rate, though. It's quite brutal!

Brilliant atmosphere with awesome housemates. 100% would live here.

This game changed my perspective on all things fleas. Justice for fleas!

Very atmospheric and loved the eldritch noir theme - my favourite theme! Very well paced, puzzles were intriguing and - shiver me timbers - voice overs and cut scenes?! Outstanding.

Cheers Jaz! Glad you enjoyed the experience!

I am simply amazed. Well done, everyone! We'll keep at it and deliver the full experience in our own time. I think we've created something very awesome 🙌

Hi there! Apologies; I've accepted an art role in another group. Good luck!

EDIT: TEAM FOUND

I’m an all rounder, mainly focusing on 2d and pixel art. I can compose music, perform voice acting tasks, write narratives, record SFX, have very basic programming skills in python, GDS and a bit of c#. Would love to join a team with a programmer or developer.

It was a lot of fun working on this with the team even though my contribution was small. Great job and a fine result for my first game jam! Here's to more in the future!
