Haha, loved it. The art style was awesome :)! And the way to deal with hazardous and residual waste? Yes.
On to gameplay feedback:
Thanks for the hard work!
Really cool game that I eventually got the hang of!
There were a few things that were a little unwieldy during my playthrough. The camera felt a little jank, making me make a ton of blind jumps and stuff. The character controller here also moved incredibly quickly that I got caught in a lot of platforms and was unable to make the precise jumps I wanted to. Perhaps if the speed wasn't constant, rather a ramp up it may feel a lot better, but I understand if you didn't get a lot of playtesting time. Trust me, we didn't either!
Readability is something you should consider as well. The sheer detail of the snail was so overwhelming, it was sometime hard for me to see where the platforms actually were! Discerning the dark green and red bins were okay, but there a moment where I thought the back bin was a part of the art and not an actual gameplay element! I think it would help conversing over a cohesive art style that balances all the art and detail evenly, making the important elements important, and the not so important a little more into the background!
But other than that, congrats on getting into your first game jam! It's not easy, but a game is better than no game! We're all better designers in the end, good job!
I liked the art style. The character is cute and I like the textboxes a lot.
I had a little trouble figuring out where all the different types of waste goes on the snail.
Thank you for your comments and likes! We will improve the Tutorial in the future so that players can learn how to recycle different types of garbage in the Tutorial.
the 2d art style is pretty cute! i enjoy the game so much
Thank you for your feedback!

Changelog:
We've fixed the camera issue that was causing discomfort for players, and we sincerely apologize. This being our first time participating in a game jam, we were not very familiar with the process, leaving us with limited time for playtesting. We apologize to any players who felt uncomfortable during gameplay.

The 2d paper painting art and style was awesome, so was the design of nom nom, but i couldn't actually play the game properly. when moving i just couldnt see what i was doing, i dunno if it was the frame rate or what but i couldn't finish it. also, as others have said, the camer should have just centred over your character permanently, it was lots of the time hard to keep track of the player when jumping or falling.
Thank you for your feedback! We are currently addressing these issues. This being our first time participating in game jam, we weren't familiar with the process, which may have led to insufficient playtesting on our game. We're working on resolving these issuesto ensure a better gaming experience. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback!"
My favourite part is the artwork and animation in this game. Very, very top notch and I adore the trash collecting lizard. Perhaps an area of improvement would be to have the camera centred on NomNom while you try to sort out where to put the rubbish? But I love this idea and the gameplay. Would make a really good kids game to teach them about different types of rubbish.
Thanks for the comment! Glad you enjoyed the artwork and animation. We're currently looking into adjusting the camera angle to ensure better focus on NomNom while sorting out the rubbish. Thank you for your suggestion!
Cool game! was fun trying to get all the trash into the snail while he moved along, however the character moved so fast, sometimes getting stuck on platforms and other objects, while the camera moved/tracked him at a far different speed causing me to become quite disoriented when i was trying to move around. despite that i liked the concept and mechanics! great job!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We're pleased you had fun with the game and found the concept engaging. We're aware of the issues you mentioned regarding the character's speed and potential disorientation caused by camera movement, and we're actively working on fixes to improve the overall experience. Your feedback is really helpful as we strive to make the game even better.
Art and concept were super cool, though the controls were very sensitive and I found my wrist hurting after a few minutes due to making lots of micro-adjustments. The camera movements are also quite fast, which might be eased by slower movement speed too. I really liked the multi-tasking elements and the non-stop 'go go go' scenario of the snail! Very cool idea.
Thanks for your feedback! we are glad you enjoyed the art and concept of the game. we apologize for the discomfort caused by the sensitivity of the controls and the rapid movement of the camera. We will adjust it in time to make it smoother and more comfortable. Thanks again for your comment!
Loved the use art and overall presentation in this game! Fast-paced and fun!
Thank you very much for your likes!
bizzare and lovely art!
Thank you very much for your likes and support!
The character design for both Nomnom and the player character were perfect! The details on Nomnom and the animations for the character are so well thought out and cute. The camera is placed just a bit high for my taste as I found I was off the bottom of the screen a fair bit, but the design idea of the giant moving platform that you have to jump on and off of ahh so good I loved it!
Thanks for the love on the character design and animations! We're glad you enjoyed them. Noted on the camera height—I can see how that'd be annoying. We'll look into tweaking that. Really appreciate your comment!
NomNom Exploded 😱

I thought the game was a pretty cool idea. Collecting trash for big robot character. sounds super fun and I wanted to play more. The camera was a little funky though and was making me quite motion-sick.
Thanks for your feedback! We're glad you liked the game! Since this was our first game jam, we didn't have enough time to playtest extensively or fine-tune many aspects of the game. However, we're definitely planning to improve and complete our unfulfilled vision for this game in the near future. We really appreciate your feedback!
