Ciao! Sono felice che la demo di black dog ti sia piaciuta! rispondendo alla tua domanda no, shadows è nato esclusivamente per contest (anche se l'intenzione è portarlo avanti subito dopo aver finito black dog). La grafica è simile perché è realizzata interamente da me, come per black dog, pixel per pixel ed alcune mappe le avevo realizzate in alcune mie live su twitch! Spero ti piaccia anche questa demo, conta però che è stata realizzata in un mese, quindi rispetto alla demo di black dog presenterà qualche "bug" grafico in più. 

This game is really wonderful! I loved the dark atmosphere of this prison and the innovative mechanic behind the gameplay! 

Everything is so polished, the graphic is really rpg-like and the mapping is very good, never too full or too empty, with a careful attention for the puzzle logics.

The guards gave me a good scare, I really prefer staying dead! XD

I believed this was a fantasy setting, so I was caught off guard seeing it's somehow mixed with modern days, but it didn't affect the gameplay.

The mysterious friend that helps us is really nice, it's reactions gives a nice living feel, pun intended!

What else can I say? Many compliments!

I really liked this game... The meaning behind it is deep, the graphic makes the situation sweet but bitter too.

I enjoied a lot this game even in its simple gameplay and short puzzle.

I liked both two endings, obviously they shows different sided based on the choice. 

The graphic was beautiful and well made in the endings too, the music helped a lot feeling the scene. Very beautiful, really. 

Like others in the comments section, I wished to explore more of the game, more rooms, look more around. 

I'm sad it was short, it was a wonderful game experience!

The idea behind the gameplay is really cool, very D&D like adventure, a game that I'm approaching recently :)

The graphic is simple, not many colors, but still clear and suits the style of the game. 

The game is a bit longer than what I expected, but I enjoyed playing it, although there are fights in it and it's not among my favorite genres.

I wouldn't change anything in graphic os maps, that i appreciated.

Rebirthing in a different form with a different age is a very interesting idea! Some characters in their baby version really made me roll on the floor xD

Seliqa's baby form is my favorite in every aspect: look, color and character in the story.

Another masterpiece, bravissimo and many compliments!

The graphic is really beautiful, well cared in every detail, wonderful music, gameplay and story!

The game is slowly paced and relaxing, one of my favorites genre. I enjoyed a lot poke around the rooms, everyone different, and complete the quests to help the rebirth of the hotel.

Having the task list by hand was a great idea, very useful to walk through the game.

Many many compliments, a wonderful gem, one of my favorites for the contest!

I really like the graphic, portrait and sprites are very well done, as well as the maps.

As already noted there are some graphic bugs, but I think is impossible to fix everything with such limited time, still those bugs don't ruin the game experience.

Unfortunately I must have done something that I shouldn't: I pushed forward the clock by "istinct" and

once the the protagonist starts to bleed and dies, the screen fades to black but I can still hear footsteps, moving around without seeing anything.  :(

Now I'm eager to know what will happens, will surely follow the developmente of this game!

PS: I played the browser version, later I will try the desktop versione to see if was me doing something wrong and get stuck! xD

It surely need some polishing and there are many things to improve in the complete version!

I tried to fix a few minor bugs in the remaining time, to avoid pending graphics and such.

Monster's SE will probably change and the shadows population increased ;)

Other players have pointed out to me that those candles are pretty hard to find, but I couldn't change the game anymore! It's something that I didn't feel while developing the game, in the complete version I will surely rethink this aspect!

I found RpgMaker thanks to Pocker Mirror, it was my "game mentor" in all these years, like a model to reach someday! I'm very happy how the atmosphere came out, dark but pleasing!

Interesting graphic style, nice the idea of limited puzzles! Some of them were pretty hard (for me), but good job!

Such charming graphic lured me to try this game!

Since the first moment I loved this sweet and delicate atmosphere! I usually don't really love fights, but here I appreciated them: funny enemies and short combats, without much pain. 

Very nice the message behind the game, really really inspiring! 

Particular the save system, so different from the usual ones, I liked it.

The only downside is about text messages: some white texts on white background were hard to read and sometimes the message was too long for the windows. But these are little things, nothing that can harm the beauty of this game!

A really innovative gameplay idea, it recalls me the Artefix Mundis serie's games, but with slower texts and a singular graphic! The portraits are very nice, but sometimes the facial expression doesn't match with the speech. The story is very enjoyable, really good atmosphere music, maps and sprite are well done!

I didn't like, during the puzzle games, that I must open/close the message window to pick up what lies behind, it makes you lose time too, and I'm not very good at it already :(

I would give the possibilità to speed up texts, sometimes they are too slow, maybe it's better to make it adaptable to the player reading skill.

This game is very promising and much different from the usual RpgMaker games, it's very charming!
