Hello, I am a programmer of about 3+ years and my friend is a narrative writer who is getting into game dev for the first time. We are looking for a pixel artist who is interested in joining our team. You can check out my previous game jams entries on my itch page. They are about 1.5 years old and not the best in terms of art (its not my forte), hence why we are looking for an artist. I typically have used Unity & Cocos2D in the past but am confident in using other engines too. My discord is acour008 if youre interested.

I like the look. Its hard to put a 3d game together and make it smooth but you accomplished that. One thing I'd nitpick is that the initial obstacles are kind of hard to get past as a new player. Usually you want to ease players into it but other than that, its my only critique. Looks great otherwise.
This game is put together really well. The controls are easy to use and feel great, and I love how the game tells you the different ways you die -- very fun. Two suggestions: One, if you could notify the player of your objective in the game, it would give what youre doing a bit more of a purpose. Second, wouldn't it be kind of cool if your player fell from too high of a space, you'd die (unless, thats a thing I missed?)
Great game overall tho.
I love this idea, and want to play it a bit more. On initial try, I was a little confused but I understand implementing a tutorial system in 72hrs, along with the game itself would be difficult. I think the difficulty can be lowered just a tad but other than that... like, bro/sis/sibling. I love this.
I made a card game as well but its def not as good as yours.
The art was great, i liked the mechanics and the music was on point. I think polishing up a few areas would make this game even greater. For instance, maybe a moving the attack button to the other side of the keyboard and making the space for multiple chickens to cross into the battle arena. I totally see this being an online multiplayer game.
I was stunned by the visuals and the lighting. As most people already mentioned, the controls were a little unresponsive but that's always the hard part huh. I initially got stuck trying to figure out where to go and what to jump on; i think in-game clues could help with that, and I would really like to see where story goes. I got stuck at the grill though.
Anyway, it was great as it kept me captivated. Good job.
I think it has potential. The music loop was dope and I like how each floor was its own level. However, getting out the office was a challenge because its hard to figure out what can be picked up and thrown. Additionally the direction that items get thrown always seem to be the same regardless of the direction the player is. With those fixed up, it would be even more fun to play!
