nice vibe, nice mechanic - couple of bugs, but for a first game jam this is great. I didn't get too far into the game cause I suck at platforming, but i think you could zoom the whole thing in and have it sidescroll for a more immersive experience. good work!
The game is very fun and challenging to play, as well as the slow but warning music gives some awesome vibes!
P.S: I love the Game Boy-like palette too much ;v;
I like retro-like games like this. The up button was difficult to get used to since 'space' is often used to jump, thats probably just me. I very much liked how health was your weapon in this game. Got a 5 star rating for on that category!

Very nice difficulty curve, and great ambiance! Those falling rocks look solid though, I jumped on one, fell through and died XD.

A very fun game! I love your gameplay mechanics and level design. There is a lot of room for strategy for using the Harvest Mode mechanic. Later on it got really difficult, it would be nice if there were a few more checkpoints. Amazing job!

Really awesome ideas here, I enjoyed to discover the different habilities the harvest mode gives (i didn't read anything sorry).
I enjoyed the simple platforming, the gamefeel is super retro (not because of the palette, it FEELS retro), and the music is so soothing, idk if that is the best music for this type of game; but man, I dig those chill vibes, The graphics could be improved and those green monsters hitbox could be reduced but I think is just fine for a first gamejam experience!

I really enjoyed the concept. Although you might want to point out that when using the ether you can double jump cause that took me a minute to figure out.

Interesting take on the limitation! Congrats on your first jam entry as well! I thought the artwork and gameplay were paired very well, and it obviously could've used a little sound but that's okay. I found some of the obstacles to be a little challenging, but if it were easy it probably wouldn't be very fun. Keep it up!
