That’s a great idea to show how tired Lumin is.

After several nights, he would naturally get more and more exhausted.

And yeah, after playing other games, this one feels more like a demo than a jam.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback!

Thanks!

Nice! The game is shrimply fun.

Fun and frustrating game! The theme fits perfectly, and while the difficulty is tough, it's still fun to play and replay.

Simple but has a unique gameplay. The art and animation for the bird and spiders are also really well done.

Rated! It would be great if you could try mine as well

Cool game! Really great in introducing mechanics and controls.

I really like the voiceover for the texts.

But sometimes objects blend into the background, making them hard to see.

Fast and fun! I really love the level of detail and the smoothness in both the art and animation.

Thanks for playing!

Regarding the UI, sometimes it does obscure vision, but the impact is pretty minimal. With time running out, I decided to stick with it.

As for the darkness, I intended it to be hard to see so that players would be encouraged to buy light upgrades and constantly check the sea.

Anyway, thanks again for your feedback!

Happy to hear you enjoyed the story!

Thank you for your feedback!

I just tried your game a few minutes ago. It was pretty fun, but I found it a bit too hard for me (I'm just not very good at shooting games...).

The game is really great! The story is interesting, and the art is beautiful.

However, the gameplay feels a bit too challenging due to the limited availability of bullets.

Ading some direction guide arrows would be great! (I got lost.)

Fun game! Would be great if you try mine.

Very fun! The controls for jumping and dashing feel a bit strange, but that's okay—overall, it's good.

I really love the mechanic of the mouse on fire that illuminates the darkness and can light up candles; it's a fantastic feature.

However, the game could benefit from checkpoints. It's really hard to keep playing when you have to start all over after dying, especially in a challenging game (maybe It is a skill issue...).

It took me a while to get the hang of the movement, but overall, it was pretty fun! It would be great to have some tutorials at the beginning of the game rather than just in the description.

Great puzzle and stealth mechanics—really fun! The music perfectly fits the atmosphere.

Really fun! Both the art and gameplay are grat. Love the bread theme—it looks so yummy!

Great game! I really love the concept and the overall mood.

Simple but very fun game! It even made me want to water my plants.

The experience of watching cells grow is really relaxing. However, the lack of a clear goal feels like both a strength and a limitation. While it makes me feel free and want to keep playing, it also feels like it could benefit from more content. Also, the music is great!

Glad you like the story.

In the game loop, I really wanted to implement that feature, but time was running out. Still, thank you for your compliment!

This is my second game jam, and it's my first time creating a game in 1-bit style. Working on this project has been a lot of fun, especially the art in 1-bit style.

In Light X Leviathan, you take on the role of a lighthouse keeper, defending against the monstrous leviathans.

If you're interested, feel free to check it out and don't hesitate to rate it!

Have fun!

Glad you like it!

Bug Found :(

1) invisible crate : it can still pass, if you push & pull it by your sense.

2. platform despawn : just go back into the hole. It will reactivate the platform

3. stuck box : the box in this level is stuck and there is no way to pass. The game end here. Really sorry.

All these bug s are fixed now. and I will upload the full new bug-free version at the end of this Jam so REALLY SORRY :(

Sorry for that invisible bug. This game is very rush at the end so I have left a lot of bug inside this game.

In that level you stuck. You have to drive to that platform with radiant root. It will deactivate it then you can plant vinewood on it.

Really sorry and Thank you for playing!

Thank you for your compliment!

The movement can be a little buggy because I have no time to implement it at the end.

But glad you like this game!
