I forgot one thing: the game's logo is awesome! How did you manage that so cool?

I'm taking the liberty of giving feedback because you wanted it.

I'll ignore that the game had a time limit of 3 hours. I try instead to see what could have been if there was a good time.

1) The graphic style does not match. For example, the main character has a different perspective than the environment, the mole, or the guy with the sword. The weapon itself is in a completely different style than the figure.

2) Sometimes my character disappears for no apparent reason. I suspect she's dying for some reason, but I can't really tell.

3) When my character disappears, it doesn't get deleted, it just seems to be moved somewhere to the top left. I can tell by the fact that you can keep shooting even though the character is no longer on the screen.

4) The main character's hitbox doesn't match the perspective. The hitbox should start further down (that e.g. the enemies can walk behind the main character)

5) Was expecting WASD controls and no arrow keys.

6) At first I didn't know who the main character was or where he stood. In this case, he should start in the middle. Then it becomes clearer.

7) I don't know if I scored or not. Health bars, effects, anything would be good. It would also be good if the ammo wasn't so tiny.

8) There is a "You Won" status in the game, but not a "You Lost" status... that's probably what most players see.

9) The game should restart without reloading the whole page.

10) There is no such thing as a main menu explaining the game. (e.g. the controller)

Those are the most important things that struck me. I hope that doesn't discourage you, but motivates you to keep going. After all, you've completed a game and hopefully made it the way you envisioned it.

Thanks for the feedback. I haven't even thought about several levels yet. Should I revise the game (I don't have more time in this challenge) I will consider it.

Thanks for the feedback. I hope there will soon be a jam that is about improving your game... then that will be taken into account :D

Apparently the creator voted himself... The last line says that one could have become a judge. There's probably no one-size-fits-all voting option...but that's guesswork.

How to vote here if I want to choose the winner?

Example: "This game is so bad it should win." - Is it 1 star or 5 stars?

A very pretty little game with a good idea well implemented. It simulates exactly the thought processes that a person has.

At the moment, unfortunately, it's more like a walking simulator where you have to press the buttons at the right moment. How about having the option to ignore or counteract the thought processes and compulsive actions? A successful therapy simulation, so to speak?

I have played through the game completely. I think there is an interesting idea behind it. I think... Because at some point I realized that talking to the NPCs doesn't get me anywhere, but to look for the closest thing to an item in each room. The graphics are actually understandable to the extent that I succeeded well.

The characters really say things that would go through the mind of a person with anxiety disorder or destroyed self-esteem. Someone has written texts here who knows exactly what he or she is doing.

Since the game doesn't force you to read the dialogues, they didn't have any impact on me, since I could ignore most of them. That's a good quality for real life, but not for a game that is supposed to evoke certain emotions.

So for me it was more of a slightly confusing puzzle game with exhausting music. Too bad about the (possibly) good dialogues.

I'm trying to understand how this game handles the issue of mental illness and/or loneliness. What I see is this: A Jump N Run game with slightly buggy controls in a dark screen.

We've seen setups like this in dozens of other games. Come to think of it, falling down could be seen as some kind of metaphor... if it is, I didn't understand it as such.

The game could have potential to be good, but it seems to fit more into a gritty Jump N Run jam than a game jam about mental illness.

It affected me negatively, but I don't know if that was intentional on the part of the game's author. I felt stressed and was afraid that at any time this stupid phone could ring or someone could knock on the door. In fact, it comes pretty close to reality.

When I first started the game, I was expecting to be static on the PC the whole time until the time was up and realize at the end that you were alone the whole time.

Your game is the opposite of that. There is so much going on that it became too stressful for me. So I have to give a high score on the effects and a low score on the theme.

If I understood the idea as you wanted to implement it, then you achieved your goal well.

After I understood the game, I thought: A really clever idea somehow. (For the theme) With the labeling of the buttons and the bar it seems unfortunately very mechanical. Maybe the metaphor would be even better if there was a (futile) attempt to keep the friends?

At this point in time, it is not planned.
