Thank you for playing! I wish I had time to add more content but alas. I remember a long time ago when I saw people typing away at the command prompt and thinking they’re too clever because how is anyone supposed to know what to type. Glad I could confuse you once again

You have to publish your game. You haven’t done that. Then follow the instructions I mentioned in the gdtv community

This is quite odd, there’re so many lights. But thank you for playing

You’re welcome. Thank you for playing!

I’m so sorry, you seemed pretty lost. The game is inspired by “The Exit 8” and, similarly, we did not give you much to go on. There is a piece of cardboard on the table with text telling you to “turn away from the false path”. All the passages appear the same, but sometimes they may be slightly different. These are the false paths. When you see it, you should turn around and go back to where you came from instead of continuing forward. Thank you for playing and sharing your frustrations, though!

Thank you for playing!

When you create the project on your itch.io dashboard there’s a ‘More’ option in the top bar, under which you will find ‘Admins’. Here you can add the people that contributed (they need itch.io accounts) and they will show up on the submission as contributors

Thank you for playing and the feedback

Thank you for playing!

Thank you for playing.

I totally agree that the grenades does very little damage. We didn’t have much time to balance the game, though. Until very close to submission the weapons did very little damage as well. The damage is based on proximity so the farther the ‘victims’ are from the point of the explosion, the less damage they will take.

Thank you for playing! The game doesn’t allow for much tactics as it is. We wanted to have units with different stats and abilities, and better AI for the enemies but we didn’t get to that.

Thank you for playing and the feedback.

I think we were a little despondent in the end because it wasn’t complete, so we neglected the page a little. Will look into updating it

Thank you for playing.

I had the TAB switching between units at some point during development and that got changed again for some reason that I cannot recall right now. I’m not happy with what the controls are at the moment. Our first run had controls I felt really good about, but it came with it’s own challenges and I had to change it to what it is now.

Noooooo, where’s the 4 hours of gameplay? I was cheated out of 3 hours.

This game. I loved it! So simple, yet so polished. That transition is amazing. It took me a minute to figure out I could drag the scene up and down. I guess I should’ve paid more attention to the trailer. Found myself wanting to use the scroll wheel to move up and down. So happy I could’ve experienced this little masterpiece. Thank you

Thank you so much. I will look into it

Thank you for the feedback!

  1. This is a bug. Thank you, I will look into it.

  2. I’m not sure what you mean here. Is this when you click both mouse buttons on a number? If so, this is expected. If you click both mouse buttons on a number - let’s say 2 - and you also marked 2 bombs, the game will uncover all the neighbors that are not marked. If you only marked 1 tile, then it will only show which tiles are neighboring. It does not actually uncover them

Thank you!

The controls were based on the ‘Asteroids’ game, so I blame Atari

It seems the game didn’t fit into my screen. I didn’t see a ‘1’ button (my team mates showed me the working version)

The framerate on my machine is also non-existent, so it may be related. I can’t play our game in browser either.

Couldn’t play this game. Buttons didn’t work. It looks good, though.

The game forced me to downgrade my GPU. It didn’t run proper with my current driver, so I upgraded instead and it ran fine.

Endless runners have a soft spot in my heart because one of the first ‘games’ I ever made (back in the 1990’s) was an endless runner. Nice and chill. Brought back some memories (although mine had you drive a VW and trying to hit people in the road). Well done. Music was great

Here I was thinking I am awesome because I made 2 games in the jam, and then I played your submission with what, 2 minigames… Well done.

Hey Bauke, I fixed this bug (I think). You can try again if you’d like

(1 edit)

Yeah, sorry. That is a bug. I mentioned it in the looooong message. I am actually busy fixing it right now. It should go away if you restart. I hope.

Thank you for playing and the great feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed it

Thank you for playing!

I added the colors because I felt that just making shapes would be a little boring. I also realised that mixing colors is difficult which is why I added the little mixer canister to show what color you currently have.

As for the mirror… Yeah, I really wanted that twist. When I made the game I tested the tetris before adding the AI. Now imagine trying to play tetris from behind…

Thank you for playing. Glad you enjoyed it

Thanks for playing and the suggestions!

This was for the low effort jam and sound would’ve been too much effort. I already got accused of putting in too much, effort wise.

I have, however, been working on the game a little bit post-jam, but not much. Current unreleased changes include reduced drag, but I think I’m going to redo all of the physics. I’ve also been working on different courses, and could possibly include a multiplayer option. The game’s not getting my full attention, though. It was just something I threw together on a Friday evening

Hi, thanks for playing! This was mostly an experiment, but I will put some up when I have time. There isn’t much going on in here, though.
