Thank you for sharing this, it's really useful for us to watch! Unfortunately you ran into a known issue that we were unable to fix in time at the end, but rest assured you were a few shots away from completing the game :P The feedback is much appreciated!

Thanks for this feedback!

Nice and simple concept that feels smooth to play! The sound effects fit really nicely with the aesthetic but I would have loved some music to top it off! A really clean entry, well done!

Turning the jam limitation into part of your games core mechanic is really impressive! Top marks from me there. I did like my time playing the game though I would perhaps like to see hearts spawn slightly more often. I did also have a bug with the up arrow key not functioning correctly but swapping to WASD meant that wasn't a big deal.

Great aesthetic, well placed checkpoints and a fun double jump mechanic via shooting. Not much to say here other than I really liked it!

I wish I created the music, it's so good! I couldn't see how to credit the music on the jam page but on the game's actual itch page I credit the creator and where I sourced the music.

Was not expecting to see what I saw when I ran the game at all, it put a big smile on my face :) The concept here was really cool but personally I felt the difficulty needed to ramp up a bit faster.

A very cute, well presented little game! The concept was easy to grasp and the randomized enemies provide some good replay value. I did find myself accidentally running into enemies, only for them to drop more energy and negate the downside, which felt a little odd to me. Overall really well done!

Absolutely love the presentation here! The concept was simple and well executed. Good stuff!

I really enjoyed this game! It took me a little while to get the hang of things, and perhaps some more tutorial levels could have helped that, but once I understood the player skillset it felt very satisfying. The bullet-hell style boss was a really nice fit too!

Great use of humour in this game. One issue I had was the controls felt a bit clunky - not being able to look up meant a lot of repositioning myself to read the dialogue. I also found the turn sensitivity a little high. Overall an enjoyable game, well done!

This game blew my mind! Really engaging gameplay supported by beautiful music and clean visuals. Top marks!

Fantastic title for a fantastic game! Really fun concept and you've executed on it perfectly. Good stuff!

Love it
