this boss battle is super cheesable at this moment in time, i have found 3 methods actually:

* the one mentioned in this message

* attacking, dashing backwards, then attacking when he's vulnerable

* using the ground spikes on him just decimates him

well, i would like to thank you all for playing my game!

first things first. Yeah...i had to cut down on some parts due to the time constraints i was facing on this jam. It really made me think if it was even worthy of uploading at all during the last day

but i decided to upload it so here we are! And i've been getting a lot of feedback that i've most likely wouldn't have gotten if i wouldn't have released this game, which is really helping me biuld upon this game to something bigger :D so i would like to say thank you all for playing this game, and it's my pleasure to improve upon it as much as i can !!

as for the art, i'm also really proud of the art team for making such a good job with the art

and the music? i actually played it in a loop during the development of the game, i've gotten really lucky with the music team aswell :D

I've had to crunch down on time for things like backgrounds so that's probably one of the main factors on why the art style is so conflicting, maybe i'll try something new on a future update or something like that

this is prolly one of the best games i've played in this jam, i just really liked the entire thing where you have to cool down the potion and the minigames that appear from time to time, and yeah, i give this game a wowie/10

This game is very cool, i really enjoyed it, and i think the interpretation of you being "in the shadows" is a very clever way to use the shadows theme, and it's executed very wonderfully here!

but i do have one complain, and that is the game feel of the platforming...yeah, it's good, but in my opinion it is too floaty, this complain can be ignored tho as it is more or so a personal preference
