Love the aesthetic and the UI design. The smooth transition into gameplay is nice and to the point. Having the information on the itch page inside the game as a "How to play" button would be nice. I wasn't able to test the long term effects yet of playing the game, but I plan on doing that probably saturday as that's when i usually go on walks. I love the smooth music transitions too when going to the shop and the music itself. I can definitely see this becoming its own released app store game!

Really love the artstyle of this game with the 2d models in a 3d space. I also enjoy the writing of the characters and the dialogue system. The controls of the player feel nice and fluid, and the animations along with it are great, though the walking animation seems to be scaled slightly bigger than the idle animations. The player's size overall is also slightly too big I think. I ended up getting pretty lost trying to understand what to do with the resources I was picking up with the fuel depleting, so maybe making the objective slightly more clear from the start would help. Adding a titlescreen and other menu UI would bring the game together polish-wise. the sound design is also great!

This game is well polished! Love the attention to detail on the UI, being able to customize controls, audio, and the little easter egg with clicking on the Earth in the middle. The gameplay loop makes sense and is pretty intuitive. I really love the detail with the music as a fellow composer/sound designer, with the music adding additional layers as you progress.

Hello! The style looks nice, and the combat seems cool. The attacks take a lot of time to start up, and since they don't stun the enemies when they get hit, you end up taking damage most of the time, making it pretty hard to even kill one enemy. When I died, I was also able to still pause and unpause the game, causing me to revive with 0 hp. I'd recommend changing the controls of attack to maybe j,k, and l or something further away from the movement keys since it makes it hard to play with two keys. The Menu UI is great, though it'd be nice to have a way to turn down the music and sound effects separately. I'm not quite sure how it relates to the jam scene, so maybe having a starting cutscene that sets up the purpose/narrative of the game could help. Good job so far!

Hello! I tried downloading the game, but the godot.exe launcher didn't let me run it. It said I was missing a file. Just letting you know!

Hello! I like the pictures for what you have in the map design so far. The in-game ambient noise and title screen music is also nice and relaxing. The objective was a bit unclear at first until I realized I could pick up the berries on the ground. There should probably be a text prompt on screen that appears saying "press F to pick up". The camera controls also feel a bit limiting when looking up. The collision for talking to an npc is a bit large. Good luck on the final polishing!

very expressive animations! gives me fairy odd parents vibes

Game looks really cool and the UI is nice! When you go to settings, some of the text at the bottom runs into the ground, and the color is hard to read for the key bindings. I also couldn't find a way out of the settings menu. For the first person gameplay, make sure to lock the cursor to the center of the screen in the code, as my mouse is still visible on screen and is able to go off screen to my other monitor. You might also want to mess with the move speed so we can move a bit faster. Looks great!

The style looks cool and I'm curious to see how the concept develops, however there's not much going on with the map so I'm not too sure about the objective of the game yet.
