First off, really polished game. The aesthetic was very cohesive, every graphical element looked like it belonged.

The movement felt good, it gave a great feeling of weight to the player character, and the controls were quite simple and easy to grasp, adding to the overall satisfaction of playing.

Not sure if this was just a me thing or not, but I thought the purple spider would take points away or hinder me in some way, but was surprised to find that this wasn't the case. Maybe if you ever go back to this idea, maybe make the purple spiders bigger and take away points?

The sound design was great! It made the game super-satisfying when your little bat-fella chomps on a bug!

I liked this game and Pollen Grabber the most out of all the games I played in this jam! Good work!

At first I experienced a glitch where if you didn't move the player to the right right at the get-go, they would be invisible. I figured this out and got to playing the game.

The player moves really slowly, whether up or down, or left and right. I think slightly increasing horizontal player speed, and drastically increasing the vertical player speed might get you a better swimming feel for the player character.

Also, the hit-boxes are rather big and janky, and I ended up hitting enemies that I shouldn't have.

Also, the fact that there's no collecting green fish sound detracts from the experience due to it creating a lack of overall player feedback.

Ultimately, this has the makings of a good game, but needs some ironing out.

Okay, so this game is pretty fun at first, with a fast paced gameplay loop,  however, the sound effects start to grate after half a minute. Pretty good, just needs some different sound effects. The graphics were cohesive, every graphical element looked like it belonged in a game about stopping your neighbors from taking your laundry.

Cute aesthetic! Of course, not the only thing the game's got going for it. The gameplay is quite fun, and the game overall doesn't overstay it's welcome. Maybe if multiple birds spawned before you get the last point, this would be a perfect 5 stars!

A very fun animal trivia game! It challenged me, and it looks pretty good! Good job, dude!

A fun trivia game. It did challenge me at times with animal info that I didn't know before. The aesthetic was quite good!
