The music for this game was fantastic. I was a little confused at first as to what to do, since I'm no music expert and don't know what changing level and value mean. Also, I wasn't sure the correct timing to parry the performer's mistake since I thought you click during the shaking and the stars were a good thing. However, once I did get the hang of the gameplay, it was a really fun and unique experience for this game jam.

The animations and artwork for the game were really well-made as well. It really fit the vibes (I like the guitarist? bassist? the most). My favorite piece was probably the Overture, but I do like the vocals for Antonio. I would like to see saved high scores during level select though. Overall, this was a great and really enjoyable submission, good job! Did I mention how good the music was?

Honestly one of the best music I've heard this jam. It was already really enjoyable just to sit down and appreciate the music. I'm not the biggest music theory person, but I still had fun collecting notes and seeing what notes fit. It also wasn't obvious to me whether the note the meteor whistled fit in or not... hehe. Still, it was pretty rewarding to see all the notes line up and form the scale, and I'm glad to see you taking into consideration of adding the feature of playing the scale once finished.

Although I also want music to build iteratively as you collect the notes, it seems pretty difficult to make music with such little choices in the beginning. It'd also be cute if over time we collect more of the little dinosaurs to follow and help us on our journey, like what we see with the thumbnail. Overall, it was a fun game with amazing music, so great job on your submission!

Cute bees are always welcome. Also, great choice on the music; it makes the experience so enjoyable, especially along all the cute artwork and tasks. Despite the simple mechanics, It's really amusing to see how the tasks scale into capitalism and world domination as the queen "encourages" you to do even more. Long live the glorious, immortal queen!

The animations were pretty funny with all the effects that Snotty could have (Snotty was on fire, literally), especially the cutscene at the end when I got the perfect victory ending. I can't believe someone has spiders and such in their nose O.o. Overall, it was a fun and relaxing game.

I'm not supposed to be rooting for a parasite but here I am lol.

I really liked the art and animations, especially for the organism we play. I struggled, but eventually found out that after killing that blood mob, I can't dash up again if I held the up arrow the whole time, so I had to spam the left and right arrows before dashing up again. I could see it being more "fleshed" out with its level design and mechanics, so even though it ended unfinished, I really liked the idea. Good job on the game jam, and I hope you guys continue making games.

Liza deserves the world! Such a cute little game, and I love the physics of Liza just bumbling around accidentally knocking buildings over. I also really like the creativity of this game's "built to scale." The implementation of traffic was also nice, and I can see it being expanded to much more than just one world. Really well made for a game jam game. 10/10 would hire Liza to build my city.

It was a true grind, those 96 hours. I'm glad you saw the vision we had for the absurdity too; we had a pretty fun brainstorming session, but there were also more ideas we had to scrap for time. It did seem to take people a while to figure out the chicken game, so we'll work on being clearer, but it's great that you liked our writing too. Thanks for playing our game, and we'd be grateful if more friends came to help their grandmas shop!

Thanks so much for playing and for the comment! I'm so glad you had fun with the story and mini games (and even played it twice for the full experience O.o). Also, thanks for the critiques; we'll make sure to keep in mind animation speeds and text contrast next time.

Thanks for all your help and struggles shopping for grandma! I'm sure she was very happy. o7

Always love a good Overcooked-like game. I would love to see an expanded version where each level requires feeding the king something larger (e.x. a horse -> a building -> etc). Having many food items that can be cooked to fit a taste rather than having only one way to prepare a meal was also a nice twist. Great game!

Unbeelievable naming scheme, 10/10. Wish I could give you a hive five. Jokes aside, the art for this game was very well drawn with a great soundtrack, and the concept of the tiles was pretty creative. A few QOL updates I would like to see is an indicator of what I have (I swear I only have 2 honey pots on the field, why is it still red), and something that lets you see the next tile piece you'd get as to give the player a little more control over what to place.

Overall, hive had a very enjoyable and challenging experience with this game. Beeg job!

I didn't program the rope, but I did hear a lot of complaints from it lol. Thank you very much for playing our game, and I'm glad you enjoyed it!

The aesthetic of the game is very cute and well drawn, especially with the ending, the cherry blossom tree looked really nice and is animated very smoothly. I enjoyed the mechanics and the puzzle, and I can see it being expanded to a lot more than just blocks changing size and pressing buttons. Great job on the game jam!

The cat was very cute. I like that you can hold down the arrow key to just keep the long cat long, and playing with the colliders of the objects while stretching the cat into it was fun. Something to keep in mind is the viewport (might just be me), as it was too big for my window and made it harder to see things and move around. (I also wasn't sure how to use the air wave, so I just kept spamming left and right arrow keys lol) Overall, very cute and fun game with new mechanics every level. Great job!

Ngl, the second phase was my favorite part of the game, and I'm glad you seemed to enjoy it as well. Thanks for playing and commenting!

Thanks for playing the whole thing! It was hard for us to get the minigames in, and some had to be scrapped :(, but it was nice to be able to work on them separately before combining them to the actual game.

Also, congratulations! I'm glad you found the secret room and enjoyed the maze level.

The aesthetic for this game was really well designed, and the music really matches the vibe. I also appreciate the indicators that let you know where to stand to interact with something. I definitely struggled with some parts of the game, but that is how mystery games go. Overall, the game is really well polished and has a lot of content for a game jam, so well done!

Thanks for playing our game! Designing week 8 was very fun (you're welcome :) ), and we were definitely wondering how far we can push it and maintain being playable, so I'm glad it was met with good reciprocation.

The goat was really cute! The mechanics of the game definitely took me a while to understand as the hand seemed to not be able to grab and hold a surface at times. However, once I did, it was smooth sailing and fun trying to get used to a goat's perspective.

I was confused where I was supposed to go, as I just ended up scaling whatever mountain I could instead of the obstacles lol, but I did get to the ending. I could definitely see this being a bigger game with more time, and I enjoyed it, especially the main menu's aesthetic.
