Do you have anywhere for people to suggest specific animations? Or are you just monitoring the comments to see what people are asking for?
(I think some sort of space dedicated to suggestions might be a good idea haha)
Like everyone else has said, I like the difficulty curve !
The wall jumping was a bit funky, from what I can gather there seems to be two different ways that people do wall jumping;
- hold the direction of the wall when trying to wall jump (what you've programmed)
- hold the direction opposite of the wall when trying to wall jump (this is what I intuitively do)
Different people intuitively seem to choose one of the two methods and its not a bad idea to try and accommodate both (though one is also more difficult to program than the other)
The platforming was nice tho! :)

I'd probably recommend some sort of difficulty progression for the game; eg. more fruits in total on average over time, a third type of fruit being introduced, the time to do each level getting marginally shorter over time, etc
I could see this game being something people try to speedrun/ see how quickly they can do each level haha
This game was fantastic! Definitely my favourite game that I've rated so far.. Initially pulling the lever after planting some seeds and watching the sky go dark instilled a sense of dread.. and I wasn't sure why until I turned around to see an onion coming after me !
One of my friends said "would be cool if it had the building style of something like Orcs Must Die, with gridbased pathfinding so the traps work better". I haven't played that game so I'm not sure if I agree with him, but I thought I'd pass on his feedback (he also enjoyed it)
Had a lot of fun with it and I would definitely buy a full game based on this haha

I did most of the art for the game and finding out last-minute that we were going to implement another enemy (the big guy) definitely made me sweat. I wanted to polish and colour the animations for everything but we didn't have time rip
We are planning to work on it again in the new-year so that would include finishing off all those animations.. 👀
