I had a lot of fun with this!

Aliens, DOOM, could a game be more 90s?

I saw the blood marked walls and knew there were secrets or enemy closets but couldn't figure out how to open them.

Every time I died I was laughing WITH the aliens. Great entry :)

I like it, but as others have mentioned the platforming is tricky! Particularly the wall jump mechanic. I would suggest giving a "grace period" to the player for pressing against the wall would make it much easier to get through wall jumping segments where you need to get like 8+ wall jumps in a row. Or design a different style of wall jump, having to alternate direction button so many times while wall jumping is tough. And since it's timed it adds extra stress to that aspect of the game.

You've got good level design and puzzle mechanics here, and nice art.

Great potential for a fun cozy game.

I finished the codex!

Very 90s! Like if minecraft had a baby with a PS1 memory card.

The music reminded me of PS1 era jRPG overworld themes.

Got a bit lost underwater after exploring for one I sampled last but was able to find my way back to land. I half expected there to be more land if I kept walking under the water, but decided to head back before I was completely lost.

Good ideas for planned features on the project page, will be watching for progress :)

I knew I was in the most haunted room when I saw the stairs leading to nowhere

Added Linux Builds. Let me know if these have any issues :)
