I liked all of the wacky things that got in the way of me walking on the log, never thought I'd have to kick a beaver into the ocean.

So swag. Not sure what my swag ability did but I liked that it was there. I enjoyed all the different gun options, it was difficult to tell what I could pick up at first though.

Loved the little devils, perfectly simulated how it feels to play those super rigged crane games at arcades.

I mostly enjoyed this game, I wish there was enough wood to upgrade all the towers to the max. I got stuck on wave 11, the next wave didn't start and a game over screen never showed up. I think trees growing back or more resources to gather would make the workers more valuable.

Fun and simple game loop, it would benefit from subtitles and a reminder of what potion I'm working on. I liked the little details in the background art and the effort put into the voice acting!

Fun rhythm / typing game, loved the bald spot reveal when the character falls off.

The controls are very difficult, I hit every curb and killed at least four pedestrians. I really enjoyed the chaotic way the car slung around and the way my passenger just went "I said fast, not suicidal" after I almost flipped the car over, I just wish I felt a little more in control. The voice lines would overlap each other sometimes as well so I wasn't always sure what was being said. I love the idea though!

Some platforming horror!

Ooo I am so into the visuals. Because there is so little I can do as the player I felt very out of control and at the mercy of Sito. Very cool experience, especially for a game made in a week!

The art is great and there's so much of it, I'm impressed you had the time! I would love to see an extended version of this in the future. The sound that "he" made at the end was genuinely unsettling.

I earned 8 dollars and then got hit by a car so this game was a highly accurate simulator of my bike riding skills.

I love unusual experiences like this, I had a great time just spamming my keyboard and seeing what would happen. Everything was completely unexpected. I enjoyed how the game looked as well! Having achievements motivated me to try and find the interactions I missed the first time.

I like how weird and isolated it gets after the first couple of levels. The movement is a bit drifty so it makes it very difficult, but I stuck with it for a while anyways because I was having fun :)

I liked discovering new things about the house whenever I was able to find the next light, and having to frantically look for all the items before having to turn the light back on. I think it would be interesting to see the character interact more with the dark, maybe becoming more anxious and stressed the longer you leave the light off and affecting how quickly you're able to collect the items.

I had trouble with the tree level but in general I thought the idea of intentionally finding dangerous objects instead of avoiding them was a fun idea! I love the way the character falls back down after you jump.

I like the absurdity of drunk diving, it was very fun to dash around and harpoon things.  My only issue is I wish the boulders travelled further because it felt like I didn't have enough space to really slingshot them in some of the caves. I'm impressed you pulled this off alone!

I think maybe the rats are right

I love being a fish in my underwater office browsing my underwater PC and slamming my head into an underwater button

The chat was great. Took me a while to figure out where to click to drop the food but I was rewarded with that wild ending for not giving up. Where are the fish coming from???

I loved this, William Tell as a youtuber is such a funny concept and the art + voice acting really sold it! Toober_Will is now my favorite toober. I could see this having MORE levels with SMALLER fruits and BIGGER aliens (and maybe crazy fans tackling Will? who knows)

I had fun finding the exact spot to stay so I wouldn't get hit, I had some issues with lag in later levels but it didn't affect the gameplay too much.  It'd be cool to see more types of levels, like obstacles or lasers that don't just rotate but move side to side as well.

Thank you so much! That's a great point, I'll probably use a more legible font in the future for numbers

Thanks for the feedback! That's actually super useful information for me, I'm focusing on less text and more gameplay for my next project. And I agree with you about the font!

Thank you! I'm glad you liked the art :)

(1 edit)

Wow, thanks for playing for that long. That definitely means I need to make it easier. Thank you for letting me know!

Edit: Just changed the location to make it more intuitive!

Thanks so much for playing! The cave does have a shroom, it's just REALLY hard to find lol... I'm considering making it easier :)

Try clicking around the screen at the locations!

Hey y'all! I just published my first game EVER and I'm really excited. It's a super short pixel game about the wonderful world of MUSHROOM RESEARCH. You can play it here!
