I agree a place card would be an improvement for visibility. The wall sticking is a bug I've seen elsewhere and needs to be fixed. I'll see if I can replace the grass. Limited time meant I used what I could easily find. Thanks for your helpful comments!

This is a really nice-looking game and it really does feel like an old-style dungeon crawler. It took me a little time to get used to the controls, but the feel was great considering the limited amount of time given to develop the game. There's a lot of potential to tap into here, so I encourage you to continue developing this. Good work!
Yep. Agreed with your commentary. There are buttons to skip levels that I would remove before release, so congratulations on discovering them (lol). The music cuts out because that was one of the requirements for "GameJuice" assignment, which is the assignment I used as the base for the final project: "A background music is required. The music changes when the player is in the special power mode and goes back to the normal music when the special mode ends." *shrug* Normally I'd probably layer it over the background music with the background music lowering in volume. Thanks for the fantastic suggestions!
I wasn't entirely sure about what was happening in the battle sequences. I agree with the other poster that more in-game feedback during the battles would be helpful. I liked the concept here and it's really original. The spin animation and the sound effects really effectively mimicked a slots wheel.
Tricky game. Really cute idea and I loved the graphics. The name by itself is great and has a lot of marketing appeal. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the hang of controlling the gecko using the arrow keys. I overcorrected often because each click made a really wide turn. This would probably play more easily on a mobile using touch controls, though, so my setup isn't ideal. Neat idea.
