Actually no it isn't.

Need people to help with;

  1.  Game Ideas
  2. Any and All Art
  3. Story/Plot
  4. Music

This is getting made in Clickteam Fusion btw.

I looked at your code, it's a nice layout.

Could you make a web version when this comes out too. My laptop is down

You need to go to the game and press the jam that it was added to and press the remove button.

I like the name, very...  shall I say, captivating?

Um here is my game page. HERE! I'm going to try and pull an allnighter, I entered the Jam a little bit late. I may go to sleep at my desk, pray for me at 3am.

Yeah, I didn't think of using google slides at first. I thought of using Ren'py, but since I know a lot about the language already I decided to use google slides because. <Why did I decide to use this again?> Well because I wanted to figure out more about google slide's capabilities. Its really a pain, but it works.

I see your progress on your game so far and want to say, good luck! I'll check back up on this from time to time as I still need to work on mine, (and maybe look at other people's projects).

Ok, your game is more arcade based. Just a idea. How about you make it like a arcade game, like when you want to start up the game it asks for a coin, and you press enter or smth to start the game. And like you have your game housed inside of a game console. Imagine at the end of the game the character that is playing the console stands and says, "I'm parched, I'm going to get some water." Then roll the credits.

Devlog 0: Day 0

This right here is proof that I am creating a visual novel in google slides.

And if you wanted to know, for now, this is how the Main Menu looks.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Devlog 1: Day 1

Imagine the pain and suffering that has to go in doing this:

.

Then the worst part is that you have to create animations for each slide. You then have design each and every slide to your liking. Then go online and steal background and sprites, (Don't worry, I give credits). Then you have to create a engaging storyline. Then you have to create the pause screen. I'm going crazy! But the process of trial and error overcomes everything. It gives me motivation to continue. Maybe I'll get finished on time, maybe not.

Also this is my first and last game jam. I'm no longer spending HUNDREDS OF REAL HOURS, working on a game.  Ok?

-Javion Thomas

P.S. I may do another game jam.

Devlog 2: Day 2

Then I added more slides to my visual novel. More pain and suffering, blah blah blah. Even more pain and suffering. Then I watched a tutorial on how to make a pause screen in google slides, maybe.

PROJECT CANCELED

Final Version is here: https://javionthomas.itch.io/across-the-multiverse

Hey! I believe that this Main Menu design is great! (P.S. I'm on Chromebook.)
