Hi!

We're currently having some display issue. Currently, if you have a 1920x1080 screen or less you will need to scroll to the bottom right corner of the page to click the fullscreen button, otherwise the game will be too zoomed in and you won't see the top bar where the city revenue, time remaining and pause button is.

We're working on fixing this. Apologies for the inconvenience

Super clever game with a silly humor. Great game!

Super polished game with classy graphics, tight responsive controls and the right a mount of challenge. Makes for a great experience overall. Definetly one of the best games from the jam I have played so far! Congrats!

There's nothing like a good fart joke. Except maybe 2 fart jokes?

Either way the game is nice looking, the concept is funny, and challenging.

Good job

good concept, good art, could use a bit of polishing in the controls.

The graphics are really top of the class. Perfectly tcaptures the feeling of controling a manga.

A a small suggestion, I would make a custom cursor. The default cursor makes it really hard to see in the black and white environment.

Either way, good job

Very cool concept! I enjoyed the game. I guess maybe the time limit is a bit tight but it makes for a fun challenge. I would love to see more complex arrangements in a sort of zen mode, a bit like the OG minesweeper.

Good one!

Having to constantly switch views makes for a fun and tensed game. The visuals are well polished pixel art. Small suggestions: A bit of music perhaps would have been great to match the high tension of the gameplay. And maybe the field of view when inside the cabin is a bit tight to really allow anticipating. But I guess that's the point of the game?

Well polished platformer with a small twist for extra flavour. Nice one.

Good concept. I think there might be a bit too many cards for the earlier games for it to be doable to actually conceive a startegy though. Perhaps doing away with numbers on the cards entirely could have make it easier to read (so essentially just 4 plain colours). But either way, with a few balancing tweaks it could make a very nice party duel gam.

Thanks for the review.

Really polished, great looking game. Nice concept. May deserve a little twist after a few minutes (or maybe I keep dying too early to see them?)  but a very good entry either way.

You're probably right. My GF (who is a UI designer) would have killed me if she knew I was using an all caps font haha. Either way thanks again for the feedback

Thank you for your valuable feedback.  Regarding the text, was it because it was too small, or a general font issue, or else?

And yes as you said the voices are a bit few (lack of time indeed) and will definitely get an upgrade if we get more time to polish the game.

Thanks for the feedback. The pitching is a good trick I didn't think of. I'll definitely use it next time around to get some quick variation for cheap :)

Sorry you did not enjoy the music and sound effect. We initially thought these would be cute and funny but seems like it wasn't to everyone tastes. Perhaps the issue is in the lack of variety? If so we will very likely add some with more time ;)

Hi Tonyl!

Thanks the great feedback. We really appreciate it.

And yes you guessed right we had a little fun with Midjourney AI, hence the oddly uncanney dice like shape that is not really a dice ^^.

Thanks for the feedback. With a bit more time we surely could add a few more variations on the SFX to make less annoying.

As of the killing yourself on entering the level, I am afraid I did not get time to test the key debounce. It's valuable feedback and I'll make sure to fix this in future iterations :)

Thanks for the feedback. The number of attacks per turn was indeed a tough design decision. But we realized that allowing for only one attack made for a tougher challenge. Maybe too tough then? We may revisit this decision if we extend the concept :)

I feel the pain, happens to all of us ^^. Next time around :)

Very nice looking game with polished controls. I like the mix of hack and slash ("dicing") and cooking mama recipe following style.

I could use a bit of balancing though as you quickly get either overcrowded with enemies or lost in a see of ingredients.

Not sure how to get passed Th'nal (or whatever its name is), this snail is way to tough for the cards I picked. Either way, this is a very cute game, with fun animations and a great concept. Had a good time playing. Nicely done.

Probably the best submission I have played so far. Great puzzle, nice art, chill (well suited) ambiance, well executed. 100% recommend to try.

I played the online version so my score is not on the leaderboard... What is considered a good score?

Thanks for the feedback! Apologies about the bug. This is not one we have encountered before. Happy you enjoyed the game either way.

I think the theme of turn based strategy with some randomness in the action choice is quite a popular one in this jam (our entry also falls into this category), but this is a very well made implementation of the theme.

I think one improvement would be to somehow allow seeing the enemies hands ahead of your own dice roll to reduce a bit the impact of shear luck, but overall it was quite fun to play a couple of levels.

Good job!

Thanks a lot for the very nice feedback. This is really heartwarming.

Brilliant graphics! The concept is cool as well. I am wondering maybe if a system of bonus or something could add a bit more depth to the main mechanic but I guess thime is the limit in a jam ^^. Good job either way.

Really cool and fun concept. Takes little while to get your head wrapped around the dice merging mechanic but interesting nonetheless.

Man ! That was touching ! A great experience.

I have been playing a bit more and I was thinking that maybe it would be cool to be able to access the deck somewhere to be able to build up strategies overhead. That way it feels a bit less random, even if I must I like the "randomness" element to it as well, which you need to anticipate and so on.

Not sure audio is properly synced unfortunately which makes it really hard to play...

No game uploaded :(

Unfortunately I get this error message :

"

An error occurred running the Unity content on this page. See your browser JavaScript console for more info. The error was:
SyntaxError: expected expression, got '<'"

maybe allowing for controlling with the position of the mouse where you are shooting could help.... But then you loose the clic at the right moment mechanic. Its kind of a trade off I guess. But I think overall it would serve the game to let the aiming free.

a lot of depth for such a simple mechanic ! good game.  I really think this could actually be turned into a full on game :) Add a little bit of shine and why not a bit of roguelike element in there it it would be perfect

The idea is that you control the one wheel so the way your body moves is a simple physical consequence (the physics is modeled accurately imao). But I reckon it can be confusing... ^^

Thx Man ! Cheers

Yep Now it works :)

The art is real cool !
