I come back to this gem of a game every now and again, it always manages to bring a smile to my face. This is just great! thank you for making this game!

I love reading everyones different reactions to the eel mechanic. Some loved it, some hate it, some seem indifferent, some seem to just wanna play without~ There will be a toggle to turn off the player character in the past-jam improved version; thank you for your feedback :)

very nicely made! I got stuck in the first level 3 times and couldnt find the last object despite looking everywhere, so i restarted the game twice, bringing how many times i played level 1 up to 5 and how many times i watched the intro cutszene up to 3. I did not expect this amount of polish in a gamejam game, the fact this had its own intro cutscene and story kept me trying to finish level1. by upping the grahics settings from medium to good, i could finally advance from level 1 into level2. it was very worth the effort because with level2 and 3, the game was WAAY bigger than i initially thought it would be. Sadly, i got softlocked in level3 by jumping onto one of the boxes next to the stairs, and since i didn't have the energy to replay level 3, i quit. the levels got a bit too big for me to be motivated to find out what the rest of this game is about.

to summ it all up; good and unexpected story, interesting gameplay, i like messing with physics, and pleasing visuals. The soundeffects for sucking and spraying water were sadly unbalanced, overlapped and cut off. thank you for making this and reading my review, hope i wasn't too harsh with my words, i enjoyed playing this.

i feel like if the movement might be a little slow or the flashlight too short. I know the point is to only recocnize junk food when its a bit too late but if the game was a bit more hectic by dropping more food and giving the player more movement speed, the player is bound to make mistakes sooner or later. Other than that; cant complain about visuals or audio, the games definitely on theme, i like the idea with the flashlight and the game runs in WebGL which is pretty hard to pull off as i learned recently. props to ya and keep on making games :) Good stuff!

yep, been working on that for the past few days. its already finished and will be uploaded here as soon the rating period is over :)

i loved the little nosy birds. i really appreciate when games do little things like this for a start button instead of a lame "click and you start the game" - your take on the theme is uniqe, so bonus points for that. i too would wonder "whys this fake human here?? there isnt even any crop for me to eat, who put this here?"  - also your games icon fits the game quite well, its these little polish bits, and also the high quality birb animation i love to see.

this games a little feverdream and im all for it :) Controls feel solid, the visual indicators and subversions of expectations work perfectly without levaing me confused and the sound design is just beautiful :)

Thank you very much for making this, its glorious,

I like the graphics and overall feel of the game, yet the gameplay confuses me a lot. Having the check phone and sell chicken buttons both linked to Y ended up in me selling my chicken more often than i wouldve wanted. i see no point in having expensive robot chicken, they are more expensive and dont seem to do anything at all. I'd suggest explaining their mechanic either in the itch page, or  by pulling up the phone automatically when the game starts as a tutorial. Tho while confused, i still played until the timer stopped and it was a solid game. good job, hope you had fun making it :)  my suggestion: put the ui from the phone with the stockmarket pricing somewhere onto the UI; I cant sell as fast as these prices rise and fall.

Im atheist, so i dont believe in this game getting any bad rating. Its 5 stars across the board from me! i had a lot of fun playing any my only critique would be that there isnt enough levels. I wanna play more of this please :)

Joony needs to find the difference between this and this person

- They're the same person!!

Itch says the developer has not uploaded a game yet, there is also no downloadable?? whats going on aaaaa, this looks cool i wanna play it

boxes are a bit janky to move around at times, but other than that, i quite enjoyed the [Censored due to spoilers] Also nice work with the audio. So much work that went into this and all just from one week, good job!

quick and fun... kinda makes me wanna play happywheels for whatever reason... huh... odd

this felt like a pretty polished full on mobile game, no way it was made in just 7 days; Amazing job everyone, visuals, gameplay and audio were all really good!
Bonus points for terrible fish pun gang :)

very cute and kinda tough, amazing submission, the audio fits really well, i love the art direction, the theme is 100% on point, ive never really seen such a simple yet effective concept, it was fun to dance with the hunter and its short, but sweet :) my highscore is 28

the art is pretty cute and i liked the audio design, there was nothing too wrong about it, but it got a bit tricky with the gameplay as you have to be pretty close to the enemies to hurt them.

I like the looks, but would recommend adding some different sounds, the death sound got annoying after a little bit. interesting sound design on the gameover tho, i liked that.

really neat and uniqe concept. i liked the game itself, and could see myself wasting a lot of time in this, so luckily there is a timer that ends my drawing early, just like jackbox games. Consider selling your idea to them, it would fit right into the next pack!

this vibes with me just right; love me some good simulation. This won't influence my rating, but for future projects, please remember to limit your framerate, unreal, at default settings, likes to use 100% of all avialable GPU and on my powerful machine, that makes the room heat up a bunch while playing. its a common mistake, i didnt know about it either until yesterday.  You made the simplistic look work and the game seems really really well polished for a single person 7 day project. great job!! going back into the game now to get another ending >:3

hehehe at some point, i just turned around and went backwards. I wanna see the world burn, alass, the supermarket appeared!

thanks for the kind words, glad you enjoyed the game. I sadly knew of the bug while uploading, i was too sleepy to fix it, as it turns out it was just a 5 minute fix xD oops

i really wish i could give a higher rating for the visuals alone as the pixelart was beautiful, but the lack of a running animation, the camera, having jump  on W instead of spacebar, the combat // enemies not doing any damage.... there were so many things that hurt the game that i have to bring the gameplay ranking down :/ Im sorry, the scope of this project seemed a little too big, the end corridor really didnt feel like an end but rather as if one of the monsters just despawned so i restarted 3 times :/ i wanna see where this projact goes with more time, now that the jam is over and there is no more time limit

i had fun, i enjoyed it :)

i enjoyed the game, but the dogs were way too loud :/ at some point, there were a bunch of dogs offscreen and they all screamed at me and i just didnt know what to do, as i couldnt even shine my light at them to calm them down.

im not sure if i got to the end because i got pretty much softlocked in a deathtrap with a one way door on one side, and a wall with a dog on the other side. no matter what i did, i couldnt figure out the puzzle :/

gotta give props to great visuals and an interesting game concept tho :)

thank you for participating in the jam and making this

simple yet effective, i enjoyed my time playing :)

amazing work!!
I love the little touch with walking slightly slower while musics not on

I loved this, bonus points for including feddy on the termination notice.  its such a fun idea and i spent a little more than i should playing this :)

great job!

Granny sounds funny, im not sure if she likes being flung around like that or not, but hey, at least she just slides and doesn't roll. grannies are the superior golfballs!

I quite enjoyed outplaying the enemy ships with my tiny boat by going in circles and not letting them get me >:3 good game! sadly i sank because i went too close to the edge of the world, while trying to get to some enemy ships on an island that seemed well within the play area. Please give a more clear indication of world borders, other than that, i enjoyed my time. Neat visuals, good controls and pleasing audio, i can't complain. Thank you for making this

i love this!!
the frogs pretty tough to spot but the music being such a bap and the day/night cycle making the world feel like its progressing keep me going, i wanna find the frog again!! this frog will not be left alone as long as im around to find them!!

great job on this game!

I loved this, it was cute and i felt like i was going on a magical jurney, tricky at times to angle the projectiles right but i loved seeing the enemies just flop over like cardboard. Also getting to run around postgame, pushing all the meanies through walls was a neat touch hehehe, rlly cool effect with converting the walls into a homes walls at the end :)

Idk if i played this right or wrong but i'm a complete menace, deleting everything, my people helped counter remains at 0 xD oops

a minimap with an icon for the player would be nice, i ended up navigating by opening the map in the menu. its pretty easy to get lost on a quest to delete everything inexistence.

i had a bunch of fun and i definitely expected less from a gamejam game. You get a very good score from me, great job!

aYO?! this is the best submission i played this far! from the intro cutszene though the sounddesign, it all hits so great!! 5 stars all across the board from me and im sending this to my friends so it gets some more attention <3

cute cat! i hope you had a lot of fun making your game :)

look at me, im running around on the roof, yayyyy!!
i had fun playing this, and found multiple escape portals next to each other. i stopped and checked for a second... is one of them not real?? i think i picked correctly, else i wouldnt be here today :P

i wanna play this but don't have an apple pc, so i can't review it sadly :/ im sorry

I like hitting the button, just to make the cats jump, rather than shooting at the kittys :)

at first i thought "weird camera angle" but after realising that im just a bit stupid and can actually move the camera, i had quite a bit of fun with this :)

Definitely struck with my kind of humor! good work, hope to see more from you in the future ~

its a lot of fun to fly around and look at the houses from birds perspective :)
the controls were wonky at first, but after i got the hang of it, i went to the virtual world and my PB is 42.9

Id suggest making the interactable penguin and bear a bit more obvious, i almost missed that i can talk to both of them.

i rlly liked this! Sometimes interactable objects are hard to make out tho as their hitbox is too small. i spent ages searching for the toothpaste. Good work on the game tho, i enjoyed my time playing this, the ending really upset me tho, why did i have to do this?! aaaaaaaaaaaaa
