Well I had been meaning to try something like a Tower Defense for a while now, and I thought it would fit well with top down shooting :)
And implementing the theme wasn't so hard for me either...I thought it would be a good idea to have the gameplay be in 3D but the enemies in 2D, Dimensional Duality
What do you think? πβ¨
Thank you!!
I saw you in the comments section of last night's stream π.
I'm dying to try your game! (The screenshots are just amazing) but my internet just sucks (42 Kb/s right now, the download keeps dying) and I don't have electricity almost all the time, but hey! I think I'll get outta here soon π€£
Thank you for your support!! And I wish you guys the best :)
Last night I couldn't watch you live because of my slow internet, but today I saw it and I gotta say you made me really happy π₯².
It was fr a special moment for me because I never saw anyone playing one of my games before. I loved your reaction in the end with the dancing and all π€£π€£ I laughed so hard with you haha
Thanks for giving my game a chance and I hope to see you again in future game jams (if things get better where I live and I get the chance to work properly)
Thanks a lot for the feedback :)
I will definitely take a look at the game you recommended, and yes there's a lot of room for improvement for the combat and platforming mechanics, maybe someday I'll keep working on this project and make a full game out of it π
Again, thanks a lot for your support and also: Best of luck for you!
First of all I wanted to thank everyone who has given me support in my project, you guys are just the best, I love y'all β€οΈ
The reason I'm doing this post is because I feel frustrated, I haven't been able to play almost any game because of the situation in my country...you see:
I live in Cuba, and we're currently facing daily blackouts (15 hours without electricity every single day) and the internet is slow as hell. I wish I could support everyone as much as I can, but currently I'm not able to do it.
So any time you guys come across a cuban game developer give him all your support, we work in such a huge difficult environment (for example I had to develop my project facing these 15 hours without electricity every day)
I wish you all the best, and thanks for taking your time to read this!
