I really liked the creative direction with the theme where instead of being given a "folklore", its forged by the player's actions throughout the game! It was so well executed, doesn't feel like a game that took only one week! It feels so fleshed out and would love to see what a "full version"would look like! Awesome job as always, guys! <3

This game brought me so much joy TT^TT It's so damn cute <3 And I loved all the comedic elements as well. That egg on the beach poster is my favorite. And thanks hun, for the inclusion of a *spoiler animal* for me ;* I can definitely see myself losing hours of my life playing this game on my phone lmao.
I absolutely love the fact that I could play it on my phone! It felt really nice for the phone, too! I was also really surprised and impressed by the fact that there's a whole map and it's interactive where you can click on the spot and your character walks over to it. The combat mechanics were fun, too and I really liked th dice system and using it to give yourself different stats.
I was vibing to that sweet soundtrack, too! I got some j-rpg vibes from it and the overall music and sound effects were amazing! The art was also gorgeous, I loved the map, the creatures, and the overall UI! All in all, beautifully done!
yeah, I've played several major games where you couldn't see the enemy HP so for me that's normal and didn't feel incomplete or like it took away from the game. I agree with the indicators, but I don't feel the mini map is necessary since you have the eagle that flies overhead and allows you to view the different areas of the map, which was a great touch, by the way!
I'm late to the party this time around, but I'm here! I just wanted to just comment on what a dream team you guys are! Seriously, whenever D4yz, Willow, and John work together, they just make beautiful babies lmao xD And Shady's contribution this time around really helped pull off what can't be described as a "game jam" game because this looks like weeks in the making, not 9. But i was a spectator, so I can vouch that it was, indeed, worked on in the timeframe lol.
Onto the actual review! The title screen is absolutely stunning, it draws me in so much and the music was so good and fitting to all the levels and overall theme of the game. The maps and robots were beautifully illustrated and I loved the character pictures as well! And it takes a monster to get all those mechanics working within such a short window of time. This was honestly such a fun game and I loved every second of it and all the character abilities and chip system!
I really loved the game! It felt very put-together and complete. The art was beautiful and to avoid spoiling it, I really loved the story and as a full game would be fun to explore the "specifics" of everything in the story. The puzzles were fun and challenging, took me forever to get one of the pieces lol. I think it definitely nailed the "short on time" concept in both game-play and plot, so it was awesome! 5/5 <3
Just a little tip, when you're doing the gate puzzle at the bottom of the main map, always check the gates before going to look for the levers because sometimes on reset some of the gates stay open or some of the levers for that puzzle don't reset. It's a minor thing, but something you wanna be wary of so you don't end up re-opening and closing gates accidentally lol. ^^'
I spitefully played this game because I kept dying haha. But in all seriousness, it was so much fun that it made me want to persevere and see it through to the end! I really loved the teaser at the end and am very hopeful for the future of this game. The music really fit the mood and the art is beautiful. All the characters look very unique already and the map is incredible. I loved it all!
