Thanks so much!

Very engaging gameplay with an outstanding soundtrack! It was a blast!

Thank you! Yeah the music is in the game, the transitions are bugged though, so you wont hear it in the jam submission version. If you want to experience this game like it was intended (kinda...) check out the bugfixed build on the gamepage :)

Actually, thats a good point. Even though I still strongly disagree with said wording and would never think of talking like this to my community, I can see how this can be extremely valuable feedback on a more casual level, but unfortunately the creator of the game wont learn whats wrong with the game. In this case they just learned whats wrong with their personalities and their taste of game genre. I dont know man. Why even judge when the content of your judgement is shitting on peoples personalities?

As I said. I can understand both sides of this debate, but I would lean more towards Onyx opinion.

yeah and gave 3 stars for playability while this game had zero issues and was perfectly playable xD

Thank you so much for playing! I am glad you like what you hear. :)

I totally agree with Onyx. This has nothing to do with constructive feedback and the wording was by the way totally unacceptable. Insults should NEVER be the content of feedback. I don't get why people defend this.

And what did Onyx learn from this feedback for their next game? That they are a C*mbucket? I guess thats good info for next jam. smh

Edit: on second thought... maybe it is true that its a good opportunity to get some insight into the minds of potential players. I would feel bad myself if someone called me useless because of my game, but try to remember that you will be judged by more people. I know, I know, you don't care what he thinks, but in case you do, remember this :). Btw I dont think anyone has talked about this. I really liked the art. You did a great job keeping it in theme :)

Yes, we did. I love the music in your trailer btw :)

Here is ours

Thank you for playing our game! I am glad, you enjoyed it. :)

We are really curious what people think about our game. Here is a little trailer for the ones who don´t like to download :)

Thanks so much for this feedback!
I am glad that you enjoyed what we have been cooking up for the past 2 weeks! :)

And yeah. The difficulty spike might be too steep because some safe zones are wrongfully defined as endgame danger zones :D

As an additional note: if you want to, check the bugfix version of the game. The small towers now have a failsafe mechanism that still make you progress the game in case you encounter a spawn bug :)

Bottom zone is easy.

Left zone is medium hard.

Right zone is hard.

Maybe this will help you finish the game. I would really like to know what you think about it after finishing :)

That's a really fun game. I like your theme integration idea with the spreading virus. Adds a great unique touch to the 3 match genre.
For your first game, this is amazing. It is nice to see a polished game once in a while. Nice tutorial, btw. :)
Good job!

Thank you for playing! Basically its a top down bullet hell. Try to find the 3 light towers to complete the game :)

Hey, thank you for your feedback. The number above the lamps is in fact intended. It is a number of currency that gets added to the player.

Feature creep definitely got us there and we just added stuff that we thought would be cool. Like lamps. :D

Around the main tower. There is a bug which makes the tower to a combat zone instead of the safe zone until you reach your first light shard. The disappearing is caused by the despawn mechanic for the safe zone.

Try our game :)

Very nice game. I had a lot of fun playing it. And the soundtrack is pretty thick and dark. I like it :)

Very interesting and original gameplay!

Hey, thanks for playing. I created the sound effects by layering library source files, custom recordings and software synthesizer together. Any Digital Audio Station (DAW) would work, but I used REAPER.

We are a team of 3 people and are looking for some reinforcement. We already have a developer who is also our project manager. A Story & Dialog Writer. And a Composer & Sound Designer.
We are still looking for an Artist and another Developer to join us.

Feel free to write me on Discord if you are interested.  Michael G.#3469

No, not yet. Still waiting for a reply, but you can DM me on discord and we can talk.

Hey,

I am interested. I can do SFX, Music and Implementation! :)

Hi,

my name is Michael and I am looking for a team. Here is something that I made:

I redesigned all of the audio for this trailer. So music and sound design. :)

I am most proficient in action heavy sound design and soundtracks but am open to new challenges and experiences. Let me know if you want to get in touch!
