What a nice game let's roll it in bulletpoint :

• THE JUICE, you've polished it just enough to work perfectly
• It's easy to jump in and the game respond perfectly
• The top down 2D was a great choice and well made
• The ennemies can kills themself, nice touch :) 

The focus points, if you had to update it would be :

• The game loop which is a bit repetitive (could try more variation in ennemies and room format)
• More explanations for the items

I like the design of your levels, once I had all the mechanics I really got into it. And loving the audio!
One amelioration could be to make the spikes more visible.

Nice game, loved the concept.
The idea to switch between overworld and dream is a cool mechanic and the humour was a good touch. 

One point though, the jump and the controller even if it felt nice could be polish a little (when you advance on a wall while jumping and then blocks on it)

But overall, really nice
