Thank you everyone who played, commented and rated my first finished solo jam game! I expected way worse results and had said that I'm happy if I'll make it even to the top 100 with this one haha. I will continue developing this game so it will someday resemble more of the game I designed in the beginning of the jam. I'll also make some of the corrections and bug fixes that were mentioned here in the comments.
Maybe not the next one, but see you in some future GWJs! This was fun! :)

Very solid nice puzzle(?) game! Gameplay was good and challanging enough I think. Though I did play only the first 3 levels and checked what the fourth key would look like, I think there's a nice progression as well. I agree with some of the other comments here that some sound effects would do great things for this. And maybe some particle-effects when you're drilling the key, so that it would feel you're actually drilling metal and not butter. But hey, it's a jam game, and a great one at that! Nice job!
Thank you! I'm also glad. This was actually the first time I publish a solo game for a game jam or actually for anything/anywhere. :')
When the jam started and I was designing the game, I had thoughts about different forms of collectable materials (like liquids and gasses also), different tools you could also build so you could collect better materials and get to places you wouldn't otherwise. But the ultimate goal was always to repair your ship so you could escape. Also different biomes, different alien monsters (also harmless creatures) and many kinds of secrets and curiosities you could find and all that haha whoops. Then I realized that oh damn, am I making a "poor man's subnautica"?! I do have my very own leviathan lifeform in the shape of a space tiger in my game after all haha! :DD ...Let's see how much of the original idea comes to life if/when I update this game in the future. And yes, I'll probably make the player walk faster also. 8)
Thank you! I'm glad people (like you also!) can enjoy those little details in a game like this! And yes, the digging loop is a known issue and I think I know of the other one that you mentioned as well. I think it's the forge menu buttons that can cause the inventory to break if clicked repeatedly or something like that. Will look into that. I intend to correct these as soon as I umm- have energy to continue this project again haha! Soon, maybe. Oh and the language thing. That bit in the beginning is an intentional typo, it's a kind of an inside joke between me and my friends to say only "let's" when we're about to do something, but yeah I guess it looks weird for a native speaker, yes? :D
Still again, thank you for the feedback! I'm amazed and almost moved by how kind and constructive all these comments on my game project have been. Wish all of the internet was like this. :')
Very solid experience! And indeed, very vampire survivor-ish game, but with the nice twist with the cool new upgrade system. Graphics, music and sfx were spot on. I actually were a little bit confused (and a bit disappointed) that after the ten minutes the red reaper or something similar didn't come at me haha! I had good time with this and didn't experience any kind of lagging or other problems. No complaints. Great job!
This game was weird! I liked that, made me smile. I think there was some problem with the game's resolution though. It seemed like I was seeing outside the map and the background wasn't in it's right place and the text was way too small. I don't know. But that didn't stop me, played the game to the end because I was interested to see "what will this mean for the Puffies" and why are they mad at my astronaut!? Now I know! Kind of...
Thank you very much! These are the words I absolutely wanted to hear haha! And yes, the splash screen is problematic at the moment. Was one of the last things I did and well, you probably know how it goes. And yes! The subtle color changes was indeed an effect I created partly by accident but I really liked it so I left it in the game. And I absolutely agree that this kind of game should have some secret things you could find in the wasteland! Maybe with the next update. :)
And yes, that is my Biggest Regret with this version that I left it like that. Like that every ship part needed 6 pieces of everything. It's way too much for a little game like this. I'll keep updating this game in near future and I am going to implement almost everything- / fix every bug mentioned here and elsewhere. Many of the suggestions resonate with my own thoughts. Hopefully seeing the tiger made your kid happy :D
Thank you for the feedback! Yes the suspense was indeed intentional. In earlier phase the tiger even scared ME a little while test playing and was maybe little too jump scare-like haha! So I toned it down a little and now it's just the right amount suspense I think. I was not trying to make a scary game after all. And yes, you're right about the mining. It was possible to stop mining before and I should have left it like that. I kind of overscoped a liiiiittle bit and ended up leaving many things I designed out and some decisions would have made more sense with those things I left out. Oh well. That is one of the things I'm going to implement when I update the game next time. :)
I just loved this! For a jam game, I felt this was very well balanced, though obviously there's always room for improvement. I played this maybe idk 10+ times in a row and I won only 2 times, so there's just the right amount of challenge for me for a game like this. I hope you continue to develop this. I'd love to see this in the future with maybe little bit more polished graphics/ui/sounds/etc and many more new kinds of squares, orbs and other stuff! 10/10 indeed!
For your information: the game seems to have some major difficulties to run in (my?) browsers (yes, I tried several), or maybe it's my computer, I don't know. Still, I managed to play this with Safari (of all things) and got to the "destroy the teleporters"-part and that was too much with all the lagging :D ...Still despite my problems, the game seemed quite interesting and I did enjoy playing it!
Thank you for the feedback! Yeah, I actually made a kind of compass into the game but decided to remove as I thought it made it too easy to avoid the space tiger :D - But you're right. It is too difficult to find your way back to the ship right now. I have some thoughts already how to fix that in the future. 8)
