Really well polished for a game-jam-game. Always a choice of shooting a zombie vs rewinding the jack-in-the-box. Gets really hard after a while. The yellow zombies were a bit over-powered though, throwing rocks from outside of my view >.> really gives no time to shoot and rewind when there are 3/4 of them. Otherwise awesome job!

Was a breath of freshair to all the platformers. Rewind mechanic in the game was done well. Struggled in the beginning until i got the rewind down. There should be a limit to how much to use it though, was too easy late game.

Only major critisim really is the sound becomes unbearable when you have a lot of missle turrets :D.

With some good polish this game could be really good

  • Upgradable turrets
  • Able to sell turrets
  • Background music

Good job

This game was honestly amazing. The levels were so well done. Only peeve for me was that space wasn't jump so kept dying when pressing space >.> but that's my issue not yours :D. Music was really nice and calm, a great choice for the game and overall was so well done. Great job.

Only maybe bug was if you jump next to a wall, it'll cause rotation of the cube which sends you into some hyper-speed, bug/feature :D?

The idea and mechanic is really cool, love the idea. Just need some major polish on the UI and movement and it could become a serious game.

Really cool game, like a harder but cooler version of snake! With some background music and polish to the movement (hard to be precise when a quick tap sends you flying) it could be a really solid game.

Really interesting idea but needs a lot of polish, little things like i've not touched an enemy visually but died anyway, hit the ground after a jump but can't jump again for some reason etc. Otherwise good job!

Other than the fact the game is difficult to understand what's right and wrong, it's a really nicely done game. Music is good, art is good and the mechanic is well done also. Good job

The art style and music were really nice but I didn't really feel the rewind aided the gameplay at all and just there because it's the jam's theme. But it was still a smooth and nice game nevertheless

Really fun game! felt nice and polished. Great mechanics, art, sound.. everything!

Really interesting mechanic, very unique. Nice and relaxing music also with great graphics. Only suggestion would be to improve the left/right movement as it feels a bit slidey so hard to be precise which some bits need.

Really good job!

Music was nice, but didn't really understand the mechanic of jumping, when i could and when i couldn't. Pretty much ended in a endless back-and-forth with some notes xD

Really nice game with regards to graphics and sound. Level design was well thought out and a joy to play. Only irritations were the movement, didn't feel too smooth. Get stuck in place for a little bit after landing a jump, can't move mid-air. Just felt a bit clunky

Other than the movement, the game itself was great! Good job.

nice small little game, only issue i had was the sound effects continued and layered ontop of each other on each rewind.

The concept is interesting. If you can find something to do between being asked to remember something and inputting the answer you'll have a solid game. Right now it feels a bit boring just waiting for something to happen.

Idea and art are pretty cool though.

FYI - a little bug, the prompt for holding control came up and went away really quickly so wasn't able to read it, other than seeing the word control and guessing what it did by pressing it.

The music was only playing out of my left ear for some reason and the level-design felt a bit by-passed due to the jumping of the character so could improve there.

Otherwise, the game worked but the UI, movement, animations etc could all really polish up the game.

Music and visuals were great but found the controls a little hard to use especially with the long wind-up time for the character to move. Otherwise really enjoyed it :).

Found the game really fun - music and art are on point.

Felt more like an aim-trainer however with the bullets/hearts being so small and needing precise aim but otherwise it was fun haha.

Did get into a bit of a weird position where i was pretty much guarenteed death even with rewinding because after coming out of a rewind i'd instanstly go back into slow-mo from another bullet.. Maybe i'm just bad xD

Otherwise, awesome job - polish it up after the jam!

Interesting idea if not confusing at first. Definitely has potential if further polished. No sound is a shame, background music and sfx really help.

Good job and keep it up, try and polish this one up.

Really nice game. Shame it's missing some background music - that'd really add a layer of polish and calmness to the problem solving.

Otherwise, really good game and unique mechanic - should try and take it further after the game jam. Took me a while to realise you can move the blocks during any part not only on the first move :D silly me.

Good job!

Really fun game the main idea is super simple but super powerful. Had to sit there and think for a moment before proceeding.. Just the right amount of difficulty :D.

The music was nice and calming.

Good job!

Really fun game with the right amount of difficulty to the puzzles, relaxing music and lovely art. The two-part mechanic of the following "history" player and the rewind makes for some interesting puzzles and it was a  joy to play.

Felt very polished. Nice job :D
