Its so polished! I love it!

I really really like this.  The simple graphics work perfectly. The first time I got to level 4 I laughed out loud. The only thing I have that even remotely approaches a complaint is that I wish there was more of it, but that is to be expected of any gamejam game.

And thank you for making an awesome game! It is very very fun. Great idea overall.

I kept trying and eventually it worked, I'm not really sure why though.

ok, that's what I thought. I thought I might be missing something. On my computer that actually doesn't work. I can't drag the circle, it's just stuck in place. Tried on Firefox and chrome on Linux.

I'm afraid I can't figure out how to play the game at all. I'm on the first screen where you can press space to start the firefly going in a circle and tab to toggle 2x speed. It says "drag >" but I can't seem to do anything. What is supposed to happen on there?  Should I be able to move something with the mouse?

I find this incredibly fun to play.

Thank you! I have started a new version of the game now because I really like the whole story I have in mind (only a small part made it into the jam) and am excited to get something more fleshed out made.

I was immediately impressed just from how the capturing with the camera and then re-deploying works. It is so smooth and feels great!  I found the whole thing incredibly polished and I actually had a ton of fun playing it!

Thank you! There's not a ton of state tracked, I actually started by going through the story I wanted, breaking it up into scenes, and then figuring out what I needed for each scene. So when a scene starts it sets flags for everything in that scene and then very little changes. Mostly just flags that get set when you talk to people. I think this was a fun prototype for a game I'd like to take time building in a more sane way!

I am so impressed with how great this plays. Very fun, looks great, just amazing!

Thank you for the comment! Your game feels so complete! I love it! I'm going to play it a bit more before giving it a rave review!

Undercooked sounds about right. I had a fun time doing it and I got about 1/3 of the story in and then it basically just jumps to the end because I made it too big to fit in my available time. I cut 3 full characters and 5 levels of the ship and the levels in it are basically empty husks, so clearly my scope was WAAAAAY off on this one.

I love this. I think it looks great and playing it in firefox with a mouse it plays extremely smoothly and was a ton of fun. This is one I'll probably come back to and I showed my kids as well and they went a little bonkers for it!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment! I really appreciate that you like the art style, I didn't think I'd get any positive comments on that part honestly. I definitely had to cut out a lot of the gameplay because I bit off more than I could chew. But I'm hoping to start over and build something with a sane codebase that I can use to explore this idea more because I actually really like where I wanted it to go, I just need more time to get it there.

I love this and I can't wait to have my kids make monsters with it that I can put into games for them.

I bought this game and got exactly what I was expecting. If you are reading this you should probably just buy it too.

It was fun BEFORE I got used to doing the Sweep mode stuff and once I got used to that it felt even better!

This game is great.
