I think your idea and story are really fun. It reminds me a bit of dungeon keepers, while the goblins looked a bit like the ones from the gobliins point & click adventure games. :D

While the "commands" text gave me the general idea what I had to do, it was still not easy to understand what I had to do next. A step by step tutorial would have been of help. But there is only that much time.

I would be interested what the game would look and feel like, if you worked on it a bit more. I think it has potential to become an interesting management/stealth game.

Ha! As a pinball enthusiast, who likes to phantasize about building their own pinball table, I enjoy this concept quite a bit. The physics are a bit wonky, but sure they are hard to get right, especially within such a short time and it is quite easy to make the game pretty much unlosable (see the pic below). But I would pay some bucks for a full version of this, I guess! :>

Nice style and story! :) The controls feel alright, except the wall jump. I really struggled with that a couple of minutes to get out of the cave. I eventually gave up at the shotgun jump part of the tutorial, because it was too painful for my wrist to try to wall jump all the time.

I'm not sure what the end game is, but it's a nice twist on the good old asteroids :) It needs an option to skip the intro, but otherwise very fun!

I love this! :> The art style is neat, the janky but fully functional controls are a highlight and who doesn't love to wreak some havoc?!

Pinball enthusiast here. I like the concept, good job! My low score is 34000.

A nice stealth game :) There is a lot of dead time while running around with no goal and it might lack some gameplay mechanics to be a bit more interesting, but 48hours are a short time and for that it is a nice game with an actual end! I enjoyed eating the shiny hero ;)

Funny concept, but it's way too much for my head to adjust to different controls in such a short time. :D

Neat idea! It needs a visual indicator for what objects can be "possessed" though. Otherwise I can see how this might become an interestint puzzle game when you flash out the game fully. :)

In order to get points you need to hit the enemies while having picked up the matching color. Once you have picked a color you can go to one of the two palettes and press E to mix two different colors.

Simple colors (yellow, red & blue) give 10 points, while mixed colors (green, orange, purple) give 100 points.

There is also a "how to play" within the controls screen in the options menu. A little too hidden, I guess :(

Oh I enjoy that one! Good ideas. I like that you have to spontaneously react to how the path will evolve and the random paint brushes flying all over the stage - they were really fun! And it's still enough time react while still being challenging and fair. Well balanced!

Very creative game with gameplay I haven't seen before! And quite a challenge, best score was 16 so far! What a neat solid game to spend some time with and a really interesting way to combine both theme and the special object! :)

Neat little game :) I like the background art and music. The tutorial text was a bit too pixalated to be readable and it could use some checkpoints, since it is a bit tedious to go through the tutorial area in the first level over and over.

Funny idea! :) Took me a second to understand what's going on, but with some more mechanics I can see it being a nice casual game.

Thanks for your comment! :)

Thank you for your feedback! :D That's right, the mixed colors (green, orange and purple) base points without combo give 100 points. There was definitely an outro planned, but we worked up to the deadline, so some elements could not be implemented unfortunately! But we will fix the randomness in the future to make everything a bit more manageable and plannable.

We also really had fun making this game :D

Thanks for your feedback! :) We definitely like to tweak the gameplay to make it a bit more challenging and less random. Didn't have time left to do so during the jam.

Neat little game, I like the art style :) Though I'm a bit sad the cat doesn't have any friends.

Thanks for your comment! Right, we have no feedback that you can only shoot, if you have picked up some color. You can always melee attack, but only shoot when you have "ammo".

Very funny game! And very challenging, I think my best time were 14 seconds. It gets a little bit used to that you have a little less control over the character than expected, but that's fine. A solid execution and very nice fun graphics! :)

Neat idea! It felt a bit like playing snake though this time the snake follows me :D Regarding visual feedback: it wasn't clear to me when the enemies paint was deadly and when it wasn't anymore.

A well made solid game to spend some time with.

Nice execution of your idea :) Though it needs an instant restart as soon as the player is off screen. Also I found a bug where I could not hold the mouse button anymore and it only painted one point per click.

Otherwise with a bit more polish this could be a neat little game to spend a bit of time with :)

Interesting idea to combine an overworld in which you constantly move while actually solving a color painting puzzle! :) I wish there was a deeper point/game mechanic to collect the colors. You can also cheat and get stuck somewhere to paint without pressure :p

Overall an intersting idea, which I would be interested what else could be done with it!

Looks like I'm Leonardo da Vinci! Fun idea, i like it! :)

This is a face btw.

Nice solid short game! :) It would benefit from a bit of variety in obstacles, but fun nonetheless!

Ooh, that's some beautiful art style and music. I enjoy the overall feeling of the game and it becomes quite challenging, while not being too hard! :) Really polished, too.

This is a game I am willing to spend some bucks on :D

Cool looking and sounding game. I really dig the atmosphere. Though it's a bit hard to parse what's going on - also I don't think the Alt key works to show the objective. I at least survived running through several doors! :>

Would be nice to see this more flashed out!

Nice sidescroller! I especially enjoyed the music :)

I didn't survive long, quite a difficult game!

Gameplay is clear cut and streamlined. Found no bugs, so it clearly is a functional game! :D

Thanks!

Terrifying story! I like the atmosphere, but the controls are still a bit janky. I couldn't make it up the room with the orb in it and wasn't too sure what to do with the brush.

But with a bit more polished movement it feels like it could be an interesting platformer! :)

Nice idea and well implemented! :) Spent some time with it

As a painting tool a nice functioning piece of software! :D

I really enjoy the style and atmosphere of the game. But a bit short.

Solid functional game :) All in all an enjoyable experience!

Interesting idea to implement the theme! :D Would love to see it more elaborated on.

Nice and fun game! Spent quite some time with.
Also I think I broke the sound barrier multiple times after rapid fire downwards, which is also fun!

Thanks! That means a lot since for me it's the first time making graphics (and a game). :)

Quite fun for such a little game! I enjoyed the atmosphere and graphics. Reminded me of Gang Beasts. All in all funktional fun game! :)
