Good job, I like the card mechanic, so much can be done with that. I hope you make an expanded post-jam version.

good take on the theme. game play was unique and creative. good job!

there is a special quality to this experience... a strange beauty I cannot express but brought a tear to my eye... the vague character sprite, the background colour, the piano music... and that oddly satisfying launching mechanic... the uncertainty of where you'll land... Well Done!

that third level was exhilarating! well done

Loved this. The gameplay and the visuals sync up 1:1. I really dig the atmosphere. Sounds are really cool. I didn't get very far though but if I had more time I'd be all about it for sure. Well done!

thanks for playing, for your kind words, and for your valuable feedback. we have a post-jam update in the works that addresses the issues you mentioned. ~squank!

you put yourself to the test and made something in the time frame. you uploaded it, and that counts for something.
congratulations, and good luck with your future game dev endeavors!

Yes, the permanent item loss is intentional. There are some secret treasure rooms with dozens of shiny spots, but you have to think outside the box a bit to find them.

We’re  glad you enjoyed the vibe, thanks for playing and for your valuable feedback. Squank! 🖤

Thanks for playing it through to the end. Squank! 🖤

ah, so the idea with the “using the items” dialogue is that crows actually use tools irl - it’s a little jab where the crow was flexing on the seagull. I thought it would at least get people to open the inventory and discover that you can discard items. Thanks for playing, and we appreciate your feedback. Squank! 🖤

bit of a bare-bones experience. well done!

Fun to play,  and well presented. Well done!

Nice take on the Papers Please formula, and I appreciate that you made your own music for it! I would definitely like a more realized and polished version of this. Well done.

well done! ✰

bravo!

thanks for your comment. you can press Z to move to the next line of dialogue. if you were playing with WASD + space, perhaps hitting space didn't work. an oversight on my part. i'll edit our game description to reflect this. thanks for playing!

super cozy!

squank... :(

this game is full of little details that make it a very cool game. the music is sogood. well done!

loved the soundtrack of the cat sequence

game of the year 2024

I liked the audio-visual presentation. Stealth mechanics could have been better executed, but I kept playing just to see the second form. Smashing those tanks was enjoyable. Well done!

I enjoyed this little game :) the character's facial expression was a bit of a shock but that truly added to the joy I felt. The sound is beautiful. Well done!
