Love the interpretation of the theme! Some sort of auto reload feature would be great, maybe a bit faster movement ala Doom. But apart from that I like the idea a lot. Are you planning to continue working on it?

We will make the game big. We tried to work together for about a week. And this experience was just awesome ! We think we can achieve an amazing game together!

Love the color swap mechanic and how it's implemented. The game definitely also gave Backrooms vibes which was very cool

Only issue I encountered is that the camera was a bit jumpy at times which made controlling the game a bit harder, but overall a nice game!

Crazy silly experience
After wasting 111 booze bottles and having to collect them again in that 3D level , I got so thirsty that I need to grab a beer now. The awesome default Unity skybox was definitely the cherry on top.

Super cute animations and an awesome game idea! I had a lot of fun playing it and I really like the falling into side swap mechanic to gain velocity! Also the mechanic with moving one part of the level (Level 3) was really cool as well!
The character feels really alive and the music was a bop, although I'm  a bit sad it didn't loop haha

I think you're on a good way with implementing game mechanics and the game itself works well!
Some feedback I have though: I'm not sure what exactly causes this, but the way the background moves makes me very nauseous. Additionally, the control choices didn't feel intuitive at first, but I did get the hang of it after some time!
Keep on learning and improving, you're on a good way!

This game has great potential due to the amount of mechanics and upgrades you can buy, but unfortunately right now there isn't too much need to explore the area because there seem to be no checkpoints you can reach and instead you can farm all the ores nearby. The gameplay starts feeling a little stale because there isn't much next to the core gameplay loop

Despite that I still think that the game is incredibly well put together and that this is an awesome framework to build on!! Keep up the awesome work ✨

The music is super cute and fits the game very well! Loved the narration in the beginning and the general drift of the game was easy to understand
In case anyone wants to battle me, I collected 118 extreme floofpols, only 2 neutral ones and got a final score of 11600 ;)

I realized that too . after playtesting more, I’ll rework the elevator placement. To let the player first walk to the elevator. To let him see ‚it‘. 

There is a elevator sound but I think it’s to quiet in comparison to the generator sound

I like the concept, but couldnt figure out what to do with the dynamite. I found 2 but suddenly died and had to start from the start. Is there a goal I didnt find?

What a journey. I really liked it!

For your tileset. Reduce the pixels per unit (ppu) by 0.1. For example ppu = 16 make it 15.9. This prevents the white lines between your tileset.


Overall very nice idea! i liked it.

The controlling could have some re work for example change the controlling set up between the small miner and the big train.
I got into Lvl 3 but failed ... I think my train was at the right collider between next level and mission failed. Was a bit sad.

After the second lvl. Upgrading gets a bit frustrating because everything is moving. A better way would be between the next level is a chance to upgrade your train and miner without "being in the game".

there is normally one more after the elevator (Boss). But I decided to not add / fix it. That would be unfair. I don’t consider a big error or wrong scene call as a bugg. Haha 

Thank you very much. I didn’t do the art work. The artwork is from Penusbmic. He is an artist on itch. 

But I did all the level design and programming stuff, such as enemy behavior, story telling and more. Unfortunately the end level underground is broken somehow. I decided for the jam to not fix it. Would be unfair… I suppose. But I will work on it after the jam. Make the environment better and sorry telling deeper.   Add boss fights and more (: 

I quite liked the game.
But went into a little problem right at the beginning. I could not use the work table, after droppin a bomb :D
After my mistake I realized that there are other stations. Would be better to get some feedback on which height the stations are.

The cmaera rotation could be better. But overall nice little fun game :)


Should something happen after the 3 button press?... Pushed the bar to 2k and nothing more happenend.

  • Normally it should go into the downworld, I heard that you go into the main menu after the elevator scene.
    Normally you fight a boss and the story progresses. Have to check the SceneLoad, but I'm not sure if this is considered a bugg or just my problem.
  • I'm gonna work on the movement a bit. Spend most of the time on the controlling
  • WebGL has a lot of strange problems. On dekstop the main menu works as intendet. I'm gonna check this out. There is also a problem with the UI Sound. Had to turn it off.
  • Do you remeber on which checkpoint?

Exactly. You used the outlines in the furniture pack and I was missing them. For reference. I bought the bundle pack and found the "normal" outlines. But there wasnt a diagonal one for the stairs. Out of your response I think that those outlines are from the Iconic Homestead pack?

I really love your assets. One question... in which asset do I find the purple outlines. Such as the beautiful corners or the diagonals for the stairs?
