Nice work! The art looks great and the little frog mech is fun to control. The shooting & aiming could use some love, but overall a fun entry.

I love the combination of typing game and bullet-hell mechanics. The difficulty ramped up quickly, making for a fun challenge.

The artwork and overall presentation were really great. It was a bit slow for my tastes, but the weapons were all fun and interesting. Nice work!

Excellent presentation and really cool mechanics! I could see myself getting lost in this one, were it a full game.

It was hard to keep up with all of the craziness but I enjoyed every second of it. The visual presentation and audio were both super satisfying.

Those ricochet bullets are killer.  Nice and hectic with an old arcade feel.

I love the idea of selecting moves from your hand and watching them play out. It adds some really interesting strategy that would lend itself well to some good puzzles. On my computer (in browser), the cards were cut off both on top and bottom (moreso at the top), so it was a bit difficult to recall exactly what I had planned before commiting my hand.

The upgrade mechanic is really cool. I'm not sure I can pinpoint why, but the camera smoothing was a bit dizzying for me. Great work!

Thank you! I've added some clarification on the game's itch page for now, but a tutorial segment is definitely in order.


Here's what I've added to the page for easy reference:


-Build sushi by placing nori first on the rolling mat

-Then add rice to the roll

-Look at the ticket to determine which ingredients to add

-Grab your ingredient, place it on the cutting board to dice.

-Take diced ingredients and add to your sushi roll

-When the roll is complete, grab the roll to roll it up!

-Place the roll on the plate, then ring the bell!

-Arrow keys to move the selected item

-Spacebar to grab or place a grabbed item


-TIP: Add diced ingredients in the order they show on the ticket! The top item should always be added first!

I loved this game! The mechanics are simple and easily understood, and the 3D dice is really satisfying.

Like combining yahtzee and d&d! the turn timer feels a hair on the short side, but i really enjoyed the experience.

The unfolded dice view and step counter are great additions to the formula. Nice work!

This was a lot of fun! I agree with Konig that it's just a bit sluggish, but I love the idea of equipping items to each side of the dice.

Fun little game! Not sure about some of the picture content though.

I liked it! A little floaty, but the randomized character made for an interesting challenge.

Amazing presentation! Initially, I assumed that the dice-sides needed to face down (to mirror the floor).

28 kills! This one was wild, and pretty difficult to get away from the hoard of eyeball. Nice work!

thanks for the kind words! We definitely need to add some sort of tutorial/onboarding segment. 

You assemble the sushi on the mat between the cutting board and the rice/nori. Each ingredient (starting with nori, then rice, etc. ) is selected and placed in order on the mat before moving it to the plate and ringing the bell. 

Hope that makes more sense.
