Ok thank you for your information. I would definitely add animations in the next version of this game.

Very clever puzzles! It was very fun to try and find the solutions and it was fun to explore with the game mechanic. It's always difficult and intimidating to come up with good puzzles during one week so congratulations on succeeding with it

The levels are really fun to play! Great job

It was very difficult to understand the point of the game, I suggest at least putting the instructions to your game page. I suppose the point of the game is to dodge the red lasers(?) but it was very difficult with all the amount of the lasers, you could've improved a bit on that with reducing the amount.

It was hard to move around with the controller but there was a very good effort put into the environment and the slime looked really funny

Very cool game with cool pixel art! Somehow after I defeated the first enemies I couldn't do anything so I don't know if there was only one level but I definitely would've wanted to play more.

Thanks so much for playing the game till the end! I'll definitely consider your suggestions if I get to continue with the game and polish it up.

The black & white artstyle was really good! The combat system seemed to be good, so maybe you could have expanded a little bit on it to add more content. I liked he main character's movement animation

Excellent art style and very fun gameplay. Even though I often felt underwhelmed by not being able to find the match I played it for a good while. I loved the cute and clean art style with the desaturated color palette.

I loved the artstyle! The game is well polished and the movement was fun. The only thing would be that text in the game over menu was very big and the buttons wouldn't fit. FYI my resolution is 1366x768.

Amazing game! It was really relaxing to play. At first I had struggle at knowing what to do but the tutorial helped me understand

Thanks for you feedback! I’m glad you liked my game! A health system would really improve the game but the reason I didn’t implement it is because I had the idea of killing enemies from the range of the base and then getting out of the range of the base and collect it without a weapon. Because I wanted to make getting hit a little less punishing I decided to make the player invincible, but it didn’t seem to work.

I’ll try to make a version of the game where the fuel system works as I want it to, I have some ideas to improve the enemies and the balance so the intended gameplay works, but if it doesn’t then I will consider your idea adding a healthbar and putting a win condition with the time survived.

yeah a threat like fire spreading would be cool, but for this game I think the threat should be more of running out of space or making a perfect setup that makes more points with the fewer time. I think the score system could be changed a little so you don’t just remove grass to and then place grass on that same space again infinitely

maybe a lily pad that you can only place over a water tile (when replacing it) or a tree sapling that grows after some time but has to have sun and water all the time while growing, a composter would be also cool, just like water that doubles the points but it has a greater range

A very relaxing game, the simple interactions between tiles make it really easy to engage and the art and music is perfectly fitting for the game, I would like to see a little more complex tiles that make you be strategic, that would make it the perfect casual game

Thanks! I'm glad you liked the game! I was so concentrated on getting enemy movements right that the amount of fuel they dropped wasn't really balanced, so that's a mistake from me. I'll keep working on this project after the jam so I'll try to balance the game a little more.

Full marks, easily the game I had the most fun playing, and would've played infinitely it if it wasn't because of bedtime

A fun concept that could be expanded more into a full game! Awesome!

The idea is really fun! It has me thinking of what to do next and try to think ahead where enemies are coming. Maybe it will need a little balancing since once a turret is destroyed and you don't have money it becomes impossible and results in death

The game is really interesting and the concept is very fun but it starts to get annoying when you have to kill a bunch of enemies in such a short time, specially when they are very far away and you can't do connections because the presition is hard and the enemies are off-screen

Maybe make the camera show more parts of the map or do a look-ahead, you should keep working on this and release a commercial game!

Yeah… didn’t have much time for art

Cool music, good retro art style, original idea, and one of those games that simply you can't stop playing. Really makes me remember that the best games are the ones that do a twist to an already existing one!

I just added a description to the game, there I explain the main part of the game, it was at the same time you posted thisso it seems you didn’t see it

The enemy attacks reduce the amount of fuel you have and if you get fuel to the max amount you win the game

This game is so fun! I can’t stop laughing at what the narrator says! I just can’t believe this game was made in such a short amount of time, this is so cool

Graphics are very cool and make the game feel good, though the controls were too hard for me. I'm sure if you continue working on this game it will be one of the best!

This game is very nice! I didn't understand what the safe zone does, as being out of it didn't do anything, but the concept is very cool
