thank you!

Thanks!

Glad you like it!

Thanks for playing the game!

Woah I enjoyed it a lot! Using the special ability to boost through blocks is really satisfying and overall the feeling of the game is extremely good!

At some point I had hard time seeing enemy projectiles, I had the bouncing powerup + the rear machinegun + the gems on blocks and I was swarmed with bullets and gems on screen.

I feel the special ability could benefit from a bar or a timer showing how much will last once activated, to prevent crashing on walls.

Wishlisted! It would be perfect on the Steam Deck, will it be supported? Somehow I can not download it right now on the Deck to try it out :(

I have a small VPS that I use for this kind of things for years :)

I made a simple leaderboard in Nodejs+express

Hey thank you for playing it! I'm sorry for the checkpoints bug. I rushed adding the checkpoint feature at the end but unfortunately was bugged. I fixed it but couldnt upload the fix because the submission period ended. :(

Thanks for your comment! I failed to add a hint in the main menu, by saying that you can adjust where you will land about 0.5s before you actually land (when you start going down), this makes the whole thing really easy. It's not something a player will discover by himself, so I failed in that regard.

At the beginning I was confused on what to do, because the game does not explain what the goal is (had to look at the screenshots to find out). Once I figured it out it was fun, I got 17 seconds!

Very fun game, got 61 seconds!

I placed only 333 wells but got first time with 54 secs, hooray!!

Very well done game, animations are fluid just like the overall flow of the game. Sound is good too. I could not figure out how the jump physics from the walls work, sometimes I jump as normal and sometimes I get skyrocketed to the other side of the screen, but maybe it's just my ancient age.

Good job! And try out my game if you like :)

Simple but fun, I would have liked a bit more customization instead of the default Godot environment, but minimalism is not always a bad thing. I got stuck in this position after ending the first pipe section and could not recover:

Good job for the entry! And if you like try out my game too :)

Cool game, it feels very good moving so fast between planets even if I never got to the end.
I got stuck one time in a planet where my character faced inward and stop moving or rotating.

I feel like having the rotation / facing reset upon entering the orbit of a planet could have improved this aspect. Anyway good job! If you like, try out my entry too!

Glad you liked it, thanks for the comment!

Interesting idea with the harpoon, thanks! And thank you for playing!

I could not get past the crouch part because pressing ctrl + D opens up the chrome favorites menu and the game loses focus, leading to a fall. Anyway solid entry and nice execution! well done

I had to refresh the page several times because the game froze at the dialogue with a transparent layer over it and wouldn't proceed. However, after that, I managed to get it working. It was quite challenging, and I believe I might have worn out my mouse if I had continued. Great job on the entry!

Nice game, I was almost at the end after 6 minutes but fell down and broke my mouse.
Controls feel a bit strange but that fits the theme well. Nice job!

Nice game, I like the music build up while climbing!

I like how going up in this game is the source of all pain, quite a twist! Nice job

That jump can be made without this mechanic (that's how I did it in the video) but it's a lot harder this way. Rotating mid air makes it "quite" easy:

Thank you for trying it out. Yes, I should have stated the mechanic in the game, but in the end I decided to let the players figure it out, probably wasnt a wise decision and will fix it after the jam ends. Thank you again!

Thanks for the dive!

Ha, losing is fun!!!

I did not finish it but I felt the right amount of frustration after spinning myself back to the start countless times! Nice idea

I got 169 secs! Very satisfying game! Sounds effects are on point. Strange how going in a straight line is more difficult than trick shots. I think the position of the "handles" is very forgiving as I did not lost a lot of progress even I i failed a lot. Anyway good work!

I would have LOVED this game as a kid! Flying into the air, rolling on the floor, meeting with flying ships... Now I just watch them from far away, while spending 10 minutes falling from the second platform. But I'll rise stronger!

I feel bad for the birds as their sacrifice was totally vain, birds/10 would sacrifice them again

Thank you for playing!
I made sure one of the hardest jumps in the game is right at the beginning, just to be sure to start the frustration as soon as possible, thats the jump you are referring to (third boat).
It totally has an ambience music (an underwater noise) but the volume is quite low so it is easy missed, I should definitely turn it up a bit!

I failed a lot in the beginning, but once I discovered the pull - release jumps, I failed even more!

Juicy effects and sounds. I am a master of falling right into the hole that takes you to the bery beginning.

It was a plaisure to guide you through!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you for trying it out!

I enabled teleportation for the player to be able to get back to where I fell, but other than that I made every jump as normal. I believe I would have dropped the jam if I had to play my game from the beginning every time

After this experience, I will express my gratitude to every pilot I will meet in my life

This game has a perfect balance of "seems easy but will kill you badly". Well done

Fluid animations and smooth gameplay, I like it! Difficulty is sky high as well, perfect for the theme!
