This game needs more attention, feels good to play and hard enough, very good submission !

Developer

Thanks for the kind words! I hope you stick around because I'm going to keep working on this game and I hope to put it on steam one day!

Really nice hook mechanic, there is a real sense of gravity. Some camera placement improvement would elevate the game quite a bit

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad you liked the overall feeling of the mechanics!

game ran nicely and the grappling hook was actually kinda good, I would rate this higher personally but I found the camera kinda bad. Like I know it’s a foddian but it didn’t have to be so close unless it was a fps game

Thank you for the feedback! I'm hoping that you'll come back for the next version as I'm implementing many of the features in the feedback you guys are giving!

Fun, challenging and addicting! But would be better with some sounds and music :)
Great job!

Thanks for the kind words! I'll be working on Sentient Cube more and will be adding audio to the game!

really fun game! the grapller is very cool and works very well, I have no idea how you did it

Developer

Thanks for the kind words! My main idea while making Sentient Cube was simplicity! You know what they say, "Less is more!"

Played for about 15 minutes! I actually got relatively far at the beginning (after a couple of yellow capsules), but I'm a potato and I lost all progress. Couldn't reach even near where I was after that.

Good game! Liked the simplicity of the mechanics, grappling felt food, level color scheme and aesthetics helped a lot in pointing me where I was supposed to go. I was playing on my laptop touchpad, so I had an extra layer of annoyance (not the game's fault), but I had a lot of trouble trying to figure out where I was going to land after the grappling hook, because the camera was so close to the player's avatar. Maybe it's the touchpad fault though, I'm not sure.

Good entry to the game jam!

Thank you for the kind words! Your feedback helped a lot, I can't believe I forgot to adjust the FOV of the camera during the jam. It went from 60 to 80, and now the game FEELS much better! I'd elated to hear from you again after I update and improve the game perons!

The gameplay and theme is very good, but the game could look better and I have to be cruel with sound because there is none.

Developer

Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you appreciate the gameplay and I'll be working on making Sentient Cube even better with improved graphics and audio!

This game has a perfect balance of "seems easy but will kill you badly". Well done

Very fun mechanics, wish the cube stopped spinning lol, Great job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'll get to making the cube stop spinning haha! It's like it has a mind of its own :D

This game really makes you feel like a sentient cube.

Seriously though, incredibly fun and frustrating, as a foddian game should be. Great work from another grappling hook enthusiast :)

Nice, liked the gameplay, got a time of 2:00.300, and also made me swear at one point xD

Developer

That is the highest compliment! Thank you so much for playing the game and managing to complete it! It must have taken quite a bit of patience :D
