Thank you for making and sharing this, I really hope you continue it's development. Fable doesn't get enough love.

Someone is ripping you off: https://idalia-dev.itch.io/cowguns

I'll be going over all the recommendations soon people, keep them coming in! And keep enjoying the bundle.

Yeah I wanted to organise mine but shifting them along one at a time is not something I'm prepared to sit doing. I'll wait until something more user-friendly is implemented. All the respect to you for putting yourself through it!

Thanks for your considered suggestions, all but one are currently in the collection I made so it looks like we're on the same page when it comes to games worthy of the spotlight!

Even if you do say so yourself, huh?

I'm in the middle of putting together a collection of titles that represent some of the best that the Bundle for Ukraine has to offer.

Currently a work in progress but would love for people to recommend and link to suggestions for games to be included!

How do owners of this game on Itch.io claim the title on App Lab?

This is a PC game, porting to android is a little more work than you'd expect and while I'd love to see it, this dev gave up on this port before it had chance to become something special, so I can't see an android port coming out of nowhere any time soon.

It can be played with Oculus Link or Virtual Desktop on your Quest though, and plays well enough.

Instant purchase for me if and when a Quest version is released. Until then I'll settle for the Virtual Boy emulator on SideQuest :)

Try clicking the game window on your PC.

Try clicking the game window on your PC.

I think since this conversion is made in Unreal Engine there's no simple way to add the rest of the episode officially, which is a shame.

It looks as though the developer of this port has gone dark (such a shame considering how popular these types of releases have become in the last few years).

So for those curious about playing this on the Oculus Quest, I've done some testing using Virtual Desktop (not tried Oculus Link yet, although this should work too) and the game does run and play well with a few oddities.

WHAT WORKS WELL:

  • Movement
  • HMD Turning
  • Door interaction
  • Shooting
  • Sound (after clicking mouse over game window)

WHAT NEEDS WORK:

  • Snapturning - Requires holding left trigger, and clicking down left thumbstick in the direction you wish to turn.
  • Accurate Aiming - Bullets seem to hit either much higher or much lower than you're aiming.
  • Difficulty - Appears to be locked to the hardest difficulty, I imagine to artificially increase playtime.
  • Further Episodes - This port comes with only the first episode and has no way to import your own.
  • Sound - Game is completely silent until you click the window again on your PC.

I'd be interested in hearing from people who attempted to play via Steam Link and whether other people have had issues with aiming or turning, and what their solutions were, if any.

After a lot of testing, it seems you need to gold down the left trigger, then click down the left thumbstick in the direction you want to turn.

Obviously slows the game down a lot and kills a lot of the immersion, but at least its possible!

Sorry for necroing your post. I had this issue too, after clicking the game window on my PC the sound returned. Figured I'd message anyway in case it helps others looking for a fix.

Few new games added to the list :)

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone, checking them all out as they come in :)

Already had one and added another :)

Oh no I know you weren't, although I have already stolen a couple from you 😉

Nice to see others getting involved!

Any reason you split it across three collections?

More than welcome! Thank you for contributing to the cause :)

I wish as there's a whole bunch I'd import myself if I could!

Best you can do is follow the user and bookmark the collection. Unless anyone knows of any other ways?

Very welcome, we've added your title to our best of the bundle collection :)

So you don't even mention OFDP on your whole product page? Interesting...

It's clearly an inspiration, there's no shame in sharing that.

Hey all,

I was looking for a similar collection on Itch and couldn't find one so decided, hell why not make one myself?

It's only around 100 titles so far but as more are added to the bundle I'll make sure to include any projects that stand out. Figured this would be a good place to start for people trying to choose some of the games in this bundle to play first.

Happy for suggestions here for games you think deserve a place in the bundle, or games you think should be removed for whatever reason?

Happy gaming!

I'm starting this collection to hopefully give some spotlight to some of the more impressive games in the collection: https://itch.io/c/905939/best-of-racial-justice-quality-bundle

It's a work in progress but I'm happy for suggestions :)

That's sold me! Consider me another new customer!

Hi, very interested in getting a copy of this for my Quest. If I were to buy it here, is there an option to have an official Oculus Go version thrown in? I'd love to be able to play with my wife!

Also, will official Quest versions be offered to buyers if and when the game gets greenlit by Oculus for release on the Quest store?

Yes I am. That explains it. Thank you!

How is it that games in my collection I can download in the client for free? Even if I don't already own them?
