When I hovered my mouse over the power button and saw it was clickable I instantly knew what this game was going to do and loved it. Also finding out I had to use the manual was so cool - this whole thing kinda reminded me of the first part of Inscryption, where you have to look around in the environment to progress. I didn't even know Itch pages could be set up like this. The game's graphics were very neat and appealing, and the music was very nice.

Thank you! As for the gravity... yeah, that's a mistake on my part. I used line drawers for that instead of sprites. I had the resolution at 160x144 while I worked on it, but scaled it up on export as to not be too small on the web page - unfortunately, that means smooth lines for gravity and momentum. I'll definitely experiment with this after the jam is over to see how I can remedy this.

I liked the goofiness of it - that ending did make me laugh. I think everything here is solid, it just needs a bit of a difficulty tweak (either checkpoint system, or make jumps easier). Now that I think of it, a lot of games I like have a pogo-on-enemies mechanic... Guess this one was made for me.

I assume the sword swinging mechanic didn't get utilized due to time constraints. Sad, but it's a good animation to spam while you walk.

I'm a sucker for adaptive music, so I absolutely loved the footsteps adding percussion instead of just being sound effects. The visuals are very pleasing, and of course I liked the cover of Fly Me to The Moon. The only issue I had was a feeling of lack of agency, but I still did make it to the ship - I just think a faster walk might help (or maybe I'm meant to use the smaller planets to change my jump angle?).

I liked it the most when I was close to the ship, and I was trying different jumps to see which direction I was meant to go - I had a stronger feeling of progress when I saw that one jump made the icon light up, and the other didn't.

Overall, very charming and I liked it.

I liked this one - the sounds are nice, it looks pleasant, and I liked the ending cutscene. The only gameplay issue I can think of is that at one point I was drained of 20 seconds because I got unlucky with only infected stars dropping, but I understand that that's just a symptom of the game jam - you don't have the time to fine tune it.

The AZERTY keyboard layout caught me off guard at first, I sat there trying to figure out which layout that was for longer than I'd like to admit. (I'm used to arrow keys though so controls weren't an issue)

Overall, good job! It's my first jam too.

I was finishing up the last level at 5am when my power went out. I only worked on it on my desktop computer, so there was no hope of submitting it in any form. Unfortunate for me, but a good lesson against procrastination I guess
